An inlet of the counterbalance valve is connected to the cavity with non-rod, and an outlet of the counterbalance valve is connected to an oil supply pipe. The oil return pipe is connected to the cavity with rod and a control port of the counterbalance valve, the oil return pipe is connected to an emergency oil source which is used for providing hydraulic oil to the oil return pipe. The control method includes: when the boom is retracted, controlling the self-weight retraction proportional valve to be at a maximum opening; obtaining an actual speed at which the boom is retracted; controlling a rotation speed of the pressure retraction motor to rise or an opening degree of the pressure retraction proportional valve to increase when the actual speed is less than a preset speed; and controlling the rotation speed of the pressure retraction motor to reduce or the opening degree of the pressure retraction proportional valve to decrease when the actual speed is greater than the preset speed.

In one aspect, the azide-containing PEIs can be solution-cast into films and then thermally crosslinked. In a further aspect, the crosslinked PEIs (X-PEIs) exhibit superior thermal and mechanical properties. In a still further aspect, X-PEIs display outstanding resistance to classical solvents for conventional PEI, including THF, DCM, chloroform, DMF, and NMP. In another aspect, with an initial number average molecular weight (Mn) of 8.9 kDa, the disclosed azide-containing PEIs have a high crosslinking density and thus possess desirable thermal, mechanical, and solvent resistance properties.

    Abstract: A first provider edge (PE) determines whether a link between the first PE and a second PE is a high latency link, where the second PE is a next hop of the first PE. When determining an actual latency corresponding to the link, the first PE compares the actual latency with a first latency threshold. When the actual latency is greater than or equal to the first latency threshold, it indicates that the actual latency exceeds a latency upper limit corresponding to the link, the first PE determines that the link is a high latency link. In this way, it is not necessary to wait for network management personnel to determine whether the link is a high latency link. After determining the actual latency corresponding to the link, the first PE can determine in time whether the link is a high latency link.
