    Abstract: A disposable blood-taking needle with double-surface cap includes a lancet body with a needle tip, a lancet handle and a lancet cap. The lancet body is fixed inside the lancet handle and the needle tip extends out of the first end of the lancet handle to be inserted into the lancet cap. The body of the lancet cap is a block structure, which includes a first face and a second face. Both the first face and second face are flat and opposed such that when one face faces upwards, the other face faces downwards and the included angle between them in space is less than 45°; the first face is provided with a first blind hole and the second face is provided with a second blind hole and both the first blind hole and the second blind hole match the first end of the lancet handle in respect of connection relationship. In the block structure, except the first face and the second face, the other external surfaces are arcuate faces protruding outward and/or angular faces protruding outward.

    Abstract: A sheath type disposable safety scalpel consists of the blade, handle and sheath, and when the sheath slides forward and backward in relation to the handle, the blade shows the extension and retraction states in the sheath, wherein: the positioning mechanism consists of the button on the sheath and the blade protection locking notch and blade exposure locking notch on the handle, and the unlocking inclined surface is set under the blade protection locking notch and blade protection locking notch, and when the button is pressed and pulled, the locking head touches the unlocking inclined surface and climbs out of the locking notch along the unlocking inclined surface to unlock, so that sheath slides between blade protection locking notch and blade exposure locking notch in relation to the handle. The scalpel breaks the monopolization of traditional positioning mechanism, improves safety of scalpel and improves user hand feeling and sound experience.

The main cover is provided with the trigger tube, front casing and spring. A deadlock channel is set in front of the first front locking channel. The blade shield may be moved further forward after use to make the first protrusion of blade shield fall in deadlock channel to enter the deadlocking state. The construction thoroughly eliminates the safety problem of reusing scalpel.

When the handle is inserted, the protrusion-block extends into the clearance opening with sideward movement, so the blade and blade holder are connected. After the handle is pulled-out, the protrusion-block misaligns with the clearance opening and cannot make sideward movement so the handle cannot connect again. The blade holder first sliding channel is provided with a first front locking channel at its front-end and a deadlock channel is set in front of the first front locking channel. When the handle is pulled-out after use, the first protrusion of the blade shield shall fall into the deadlock channel to enter the deadlocking state.

The ejection cavity is provided inside with a space that allows the push arm to move downwards; the protective bar is provided at the end inside the ejection cavity with a safety action portion; with the protective bar assembled, this safety action portion occupies the space in the X, Y or Z direction, so as to prevent the barb from being self-locked with the self-locking barb with the push arm moving downwards; with the protective bar disassembled, this safety action portion withdraws from the space, so as to allow the barb to be self-locked with the self-locking barb with the push arm moving downwards. The lancet core can be assembled into the locking state of ready for ejection; the blood lancet can be placed into the ejection state just by twisting off the protective bar during application, and into the locking state automatically after ejection so as to be unreusable.
