  • Publication number: 20150182247
Abstract: A safety scalpel is made of a blade shield, blade, blade holder and handle. The blade holder is located in the front portion of the handle and the blade holder and handle are of integral connection structure or separate plug type connection structure. The blade is fixed in the front portion of the blade holder and the blade shield is slidably mounted on the blade holder, wherein: the blade holder is provided with a first sliding channel and the first sliding channel is provided with a first front locking channel at its front end. A deadlock channel is set in front of the first front locking channel. The blade shield may be moved further forward after use to make the first protrusion of blade shield fall in deadlock channel to enter the deadlocking state. The construction thoroughly eliminates the safety problem of reusing scalpel.

  • Patent number: 9005231
Abstract: An improved safe and convenient disposable automatic lancet, comprising a housing (1), a needle core (2), a spring (3) and a protective rod (4), wherein, a pressing arm of a trigger button (10) is divided into a first pressing leg (11) and a second pressing leg (19), and the first pressing leg (11) is used for triggering an elastic arm in a locking structure to form a press-type trigger structure, and the second pressing leg (19) fits with a safety sleeve (20) and a press-down channel (17) to achieve a safety function of the trigger button (10); a barb (12) on the second pressing leg (19) fits with a self-locking hook (13) on the housing (1) so as to achieve a self-locking function after one press. In order to shorten the exposed needle length of a needle body on the needle core (2), in the automatic lancet, the distance between the second pressing leg (19) and the needle tip (7) is designed to be less than the distance between the first pressing leg (11) and the needle tip (7).

  • Patent number: 8740924
Abstract: A safe simple disposable automatic blood lancet includes a casing, a lancet core, a spring and a protective bar. The ejection cavity is provided inside with a space that allows the push arm to move downwards; the protective bar is provided at the end inside the ejection cavity with a safety action portion; with the protective bar assembled, this safety action portion occupies the space in the X, Y or Z direction, so as to prevent the barb from being self-locked with the self-locking barb with the push arm moving downwards; with the protective bar disassembled, this safety action portion withdraws from the space, so as to allow the barb to be self-locked with the self-locking barb with the push arm moving downwards. The lancet core can be assembled into the locking state of ready for ejection; the blood lancet can be placed into the ejection state just by twisting off the protective bar during application, and into the locking state automatically after ejection so as to be unreusable.

  • Patent number: 8021382
Abstract: A safety single use blood taking lancet, having an adjustable puncture depth, includes a blast-off structure and an adjusting head. The blast-off structure comprises a sleeve, an end cap, a needle core with a needle pin, a spring and a push element. Two elastic clips extend from the end cap. The needle core and the elastic clips form a lock structure and a structure blocking the needle core to return to an initial position. An inside face has a revolving inclined plane or a revolving ladder plane. When changing the revolving angle of the adjusting head, the revolving inclined plane or the revolving ladder plane bumps into an impact face of the needle core at different depth of the needle hole.

  • Patent number: 7998161
Abstract: A disposable incision safety lancet is provided, including a casing (2) and a trigger. It is characterized in that the casing (2) is provided inside with an incision blood-taking mechanism composed of a cam (3), a main swing arm (4), a secondary swing arm (5), a blade (1) and a spring (8). The present invention combines the two arc-shaped tracks obtained from the two swing mechanisms, the main swing arm and the secondary swing arm, via the cam and a toggle pin provided on the cam effectively and interlockingly, thus making the point of the blade incise along a V-formed path composed of two arcs of different shape connected with each other. Compared with the prior art single-swing-arm structure of the incision blood-taking mechanism, such a double-swing-arm structure can move with higher accuracy and controllability.

  • Patent number: 7981131

It is characterized in that the casing (2) is provided inside with an incision blood-taking mechanism composed of a cam (3), a swing arm (4), a blade (1) and a spring (8). In the incision blood-taking mechanism of the present invention, the cam, being driven to rotate under elastic force of the spring, pushes via the curved surface against the swing arm, which thus swings with the third radius R3 as the radius. The point of the blade 1 is swingingly stretched out of the casing 2 from the blood-taking opening 5 along the arc-shaped path A, thus producing the incising action. The present invention is novel in structure, clever in concept, and reliable in working. Since the movement of the incision blood-taking mechanism is controlled by the spring, the action strength can be controlled through the design of elastic force of the spring.

  • Patent number: 7346989
Abstract: A lock-type disposal safe scalpel comprising a blade (6), a handle (7) and a sheath (8). The sheath (8) is coupled to the handle (7) via a sliding mechanism and a positioning mechanism. The sheath (8) is provided with a button (1) and a locking block (2). A protective locking recess (3) and an operative locking recess (4) are provided on the front end of a sliding groove (5) of the handle (7) respectively. The button (1) is operated to press the locking block (2) so that the sheath (8) is slidably transferable between a position at the protective locking recess (3) and a position at the operative locking recess (4). A deadlock recess (12) is provided on the front end of protective locking recess (3) of the sliding groove (5), and the deadlock recess (12) is provided with a hindering mechanism so as to prevent the locking block (2) from disengaging, whereby the scalpel is brought into a deadlocked state. The sheath can be deadlocked to the handle when the sheath is operated to retreat back after use.

  • Patent number: 7322997
Abstract: An automatic safe disposable blood sampling device includes a casing with a launching chamber formed therein. The launching chamber has a lancet needle-exiting hole at a front end thereof; a lancet needle arranged inside the launching chamber; a spring; a launching mechanism composed of the spring and a catch-launching mechanism; a press-launching mechanism provided on the casing; and a self-locking mechanism composed of barbs provided on the press-launching mechanism and self-locking hooks or notches provided on the casing which engage corresponding barbs. When pressed, the press-launching mechanism triggers the catch-launching mechanism, to disengage the lancet needle from the casing. The spring pushes the lancet needle so as to launch the lancet needle. During forward movement of the press-launching mechanism, the barbs pass across the self-locking hooks or notches. In the process of retraction, the barbs are locked with the self-locking hooks or notches and cannot return to their initial states.

  • Patent number: 7175643
Abstract: A one time use disposable blood sampling device comprises a case defining a shoot chamber with a lancet-exiting hole, and a lancet disposed slidably in the shoot chamber with a puncturing tip pointed to the lancet-exiting hole. The sampling device further comprises a locking and shooting structure formed of an elastic arm button and an elastic arm. The button engaging end of the elastic arm button faces a locking hole on a side wall of the case. A free end of the elastic arm engages with the locking hole in a locking state. Upon pressing of the elastic arm button, the elastic arm disengages from the locking hole, and the lancet moves under spring action inside the shoot chamber causing the elastic arm to contact a bevel. A root portion of the elastic arm is notched or has a shrink neck which causes the elastic arm to automatically self-break upon contact with the bevel.
