The method and device are applicable for automatically requesting for, querying, updating, revoking a digital certificate and acquiring a digital certificate revocation list in various scenarios.

    Abstract: A last-stage pressure drop-adjustable multistage brush seal structure. The seal structure comprises a stator casing, gears, gear shafts, stator casing vent holes, a brush wire beam, downstream brush seal piece vent through holes, downstream brush seal upper side gear teeth, and the like. The stator casing is stationary. An upstream brush seal piece is fixedly mounted on the inner side of the stator casing. According to the last-stage pressure drop-adjustable multistage brush seal structure, reverse driving force moment in an inclined direction of brush wires is given to the gear shafts, torsion moment is transferred to the gears through the gear shafts, and the downstream brush seal piece gear teeth are engaged with the downstream brush seal piece and transfer the torsion moment to the downstream brush seal piece, such that the downstream brush seal piece rotates around a rotor.

    Abstract: The invention of biological dura mater patch and a preparation method thereof. Raw material of patch does not come from commercial meat animals, but from breeding animals, such as SIS patch of the sow, has natural good mechanical properties; the method uses plant-derived reagents in the decellularization process, no damage to ECM natural structural base, and retain more active ingredients, has a better ability to induce tissue repair and growth; neither uses a cross-linking agent to enhance mechanical properties, nor synthetic detergents used to remove cells; chemical residues and their toxicity are avoided, while more effective ingredients in ECM, especially GAGs be retained. The patch has soft texture and good toughness, easy to sew tightly, and prevent cerebrospinal fluid leakage; and degradation rate is basically synchronized with the growth of the new dura mater, which is more conducive to repair and regeneration of dura mater.

The monocrystalline nanoparticles are water-soluble metallofullerene nanoparticles with negative charges on their surfaces. The particle sizes range from 50 to 250 nanometers. The nanomaterials are able to absorb outside radiation energy, and transform it into heat energy. The volumes rapidly expand when temperature reaches a phase transformation point. For treatment, metallofullerene monocrystalline nanoparticles are administrated to a tumor-bearing organism via injection. The metallofullerene monocrystalline nanoparticles reach tumor sites via blood circulation, and are retained at the tumor sites. The monocrystalline nanoparticles of metallofullerene accumulate heat and the temperature increases under outside radiation energy.
