  • Publication number: 20090111663
Abstract: An elliptical exercise machine in which a raise angle of an elliptical path can be adjusted consists of a foot base, a pair of arms, a pair of foot pedaling members, and a raise angle member. When handle parts are held by hands, an opposite exercise can be taken by a left and right grip pole, as the arms are coupled to pedal rods, and a roller slides on a link rod. When both feet step on pedals, the pedal rods will slide on the link rods which drive a pulley to operate, by a function of the foot pedaling members, to achieve a purpose of workout. Furthermore, by using the raise angle member, the pedal rods and the link rods will have a change of raise angle, and the raise angle of the elliptical path is adjusted.

  • Publication number: 20090069134
Abstract: A dual idler structure of an elliptical trainer can tighten a transmission belt, without easily causing the belt to be slipped upon rotating clockwise or counterclockwise. By operating an upper and a lower stopping bolt to abut an upper and a lower idler set, resilience to the idler sets by the transmission belt upon rotating clockwise or counterclockwise is prevented, such that the belt is prohibited from being easily slipped.

  • Publication number: 20090062079
Abstract: A stepping exerciser includes a spindle rotatably supported on a base, a pair of foot supports rotatably supported on the base and arranged to be moved up and down and stepped by a user and pivotally coupled to the spindle in order to drive and rotate the spindle, a pair of handles rotatably supported on the base and arranged to be rotated or swung by the user and connected to the spindle to selectively drive and rotate the spindle. The spindle may thus be continuously driven by the foot supports and the handles alternatively. A follower may be secured on the spindle to increase a moment of inertia of the spindle, and a wheel may be coupled to the follower to apply a retarding force to the follower and the spindle.

  • Publication number: 20070149366
Abstract: A weight training machine includes a support frame, and a selector. The support frame includes two parallel guide rods, a plurality of weights, and a drive shaft. The selector device includes a selector that is inserted into a gap between any two adjacent weights and connected to the drive shaft, and a reel mounted on the selector and having a retractable pull wire having a distal end secured to the support frame. Thus, the pull wire of the reel is kept at a straight state constantly during movement of the selector, so that the pull wire will not interfere with operation of the selector and will not tangle with the weights, thereby facilitating the user operating the selector, and thereby protecting the user's safety.
