Abstract: Provided are a data block storage method, a data query method and a data modification method. The data block storage method splits file content of a data block to be stored, to generate at least two pieces of file content of the split data block. The file content of the data block to be split comprises at least one character set which is the smallest unit of the file content indicating the meaning of the data block to be split, the character set comprises a plurality of characters, each piece of file content of the split data block comprises a portion of the characters of the same character set. Even if another person obtains a portion of the data content after splitting, it would not be possible to parse effective content; and the split file content is stored in at least two independent storage systems, improving data security.

  • Publication number: 20170175200
Abstract: The present invention is directed to methods of prognosing, treating, or managing treatment of cancer in a subject. These methods involve selecting a subject having cancer, obtaining, from the selected subject, a sample containing exosomes, recovering the exosomes from the sample, and isolating the double-stranded DNA from within the exosomes. The isolated double-stranded DNA is then used to detect the presence or absence of one or more genetic mutations associated with cancer, quantify the amount of isolated double-stranded DNA from the recovered exosomes in the sample, detect the methylation status of the isolated double-stranded DNA, or quantify the amount isolated double-stranded DNA able to enter a recipient cell. The prognosing, treating, or managing treatment is carried out based on this information.

  • Patent number: 9532426
Abstract: An adjustment method for LED backlight brightness, comprising the following steps of: if the current LED backlight brightness is greater than a preset value, maintaining the PWM duty ratio as the maximum value, and adjusting the LED backlight brightness by adjusting an LED conduction current (S10); and if the current LED backlight brightness is not greater than the pre-set value, maintaining the LED conduction current to be constant, and adjusting the LED backlight brightness by adjusting the change of the PWM duty ratio between the maximum value and the minimum value (S20). This method can improve the light-emitting efficiency of LEDs, reduce backlight loss, and reduce the noise generated by an LED drive circuit.

  • Patent number: 9266983
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a catalyst composition for ethylene oligomerization including an imino ferrous complex shown in Formula (I) as the main catalyst, an aluminum-containing cocatalyst, water, and an organic solvent: According to the present disclosure, a higher oligomerization activity can be obtained with the catalyst composition than with a catalyst composition system in the prior art which contains no water. Moreover, when the catalyst composition according to the present disclosure is used, a high selectivity of ?-olefins is obtainable. Besides, the catalyst composition according to the present disclosure can enable rapid initiation, stable operation, and good repeatability of the oligomerization reaction. According to the present disclosure, a high oligomerization activity can be obtained even at a rather low ratio of Al/Fe, or at a low reaction temperature.

  • Patent number: 8304719
Abstract: A method for identifying and characterizing components of interest in complex samples includes subjecting both a sample and its control samples to chromatography/high resolution mass spectrometry analysis to detect ions of the samples. The method includes defining sections of control sample data within specified chromatographic fluctuation time and mass precision windows around each ion or each group of the same ions of question in the test sample data. The defined sections of the control sample data are examined and the maximal intensities are subtracted from respective ions in the test sample. Components of interest are determined from the resultant data of the test sample. The method can be used for identifying molecular ions and/or their fragment ions for components of interest in complex samples.

  • Patent number: 7381568
Abstract: A method for detecting and identifying metabolites in biological samples includes subjecting the samples to high resolution mass spectrometry (MS) analysis to detect ions of the molecular species. Mass defect values for the detected ions are determined. The method also includes specifying a predetermined range for mass defect values. Detected ions having mass defect values falling outside the specified range are discarded and those with mass defect values falling within the predetermined range are retained. Species of interest are determined from the retained values. The species of interest include drug metabolites or impurities and/or degradants of a known pharmaceutical sample.
