    Abstract: A fixing structure of a shield connector includes a housing, a shield shell, a protector and a protector engaged part on an electric wire leading-out part side of the protector. In the housing, an electric wire is configured to be led out from one end side in a direction intersecting a fitting direction in a state that the other end side is fitted to a device side connector. The shield shell is configured to be electrically connected and fixed to a shield case of the device so as to cover the housing. The protector is attached to the electric wire leading-out part side in the shield shell so as to cover the electric wire. The protector engaged part is configured to be engaged with and disengaged from a protector engaging part on the shield case in the same direction as the fitting direction.
