    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a human figure toy. The toy includes a head with an aperture. A support member is placed within the head and a reversible motor with a threaded motor shaft is secured to the support member. A nose assembly, which is attached to the motor shaft, includes a first rod, an attachment means, a second rod, and a shock absorbing means. The first rod includes a threaded bore for engaging with the motor shaft. The second nose extends through the aperture. The attachment means is used for slidably attaching the second rod to the first rod. The shock absorbing means is placed between the first rod and the second rod and biases the second rod to a furthest position relative to the first rod. The toy also includes rotation stop means on the attachment means and the support member for limiting a rotation of the first rod.

A motor and a light source are secured within the head. A nose assembly driven by the motor extends through the aperture. A processor controls the light source to emit light after a media file finishes playing, prompting a user to respond to the audio question by initiating one pressure sensor. The processor also controls the reversible motor to rotate in response to signals from one of the two pressure sensors, driving the nose assembly to move back and forth.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a battery charging circuit to charge batteries in phases. In a first charging phase the charging circuit charges the batteries with a large current and at a second charging phase the charging circuit charges the batteries with a much smaller current. The charging circuit includes a current detection circuit which detects a charge current and provides a detection voltage proportional to the charge current. The battery charging circuit also includes an amplifier circuit to amplify the detection voltage and a comparison module compares the amplified detection voltage with a reference voltage. If the amplified detection voltage is lower than the reference voltage, the comparison module outputs a switch signal to a control module. The control module controls a charging module to charge the battery in a trickle mode when receiving the switch signal.

    Abstract: A battery overheating protection circuit includes a thermal resistor samples the temperature of the battery and converts the temperature into a temperature voltage, a comparison circuit compares the temperature voltage with a reference voltage for judging whether the temperature of the battery is higher than the maximum reference temperatures temperature or not. If yes, the comparison circuit outputs a protection signal to drive a charging module to stop charging the battery in the charging process, and to cut off the conducting path to draw power from the battery in the discharging process. The present invention sets two different maximum reference temperatures during charging process and discharging process by a reference voltage module, which makes the maximum allowable discharging temperature is higher than the maximum allowable charging temperature.

    Abstract: A capacitive pressure sensing device includes a capacitor, a capacitive pressure transducer, a resistor, a capacitance/frequency converter and a processor. The capacitive pressure transducer includes a metal sponge, a metal layer and a capacitive sensor element. The metal sponge is sandwiched between the metal layer and the capacitive sensor element. When an external force is applied to the metal layer, the metal sponge is compressed, and reduces a distance between the metal layer and the capacitive sensor element, the capacitive pressure transducer thus produces a variable capacitance value Ct. The total capacitance value at an input terminal of the capacitance/frequency converter is contributed by the capacitor and the capacitive pressure transducer. The capacitance/frequency output a control signal according to the total capacitance value to an electronic device to trigger a corresponding function.
