A gear is installed on the amount rotationally. A handle is installed on the mount so as to provide pivotal in an active direction and in an idle direction opposite to the active direction. An extending element is installed on the handle movably. The extending element includes a detent for engagement with the gear in the active direction of the pivotal of the handle and for disengagement from the gear in the idle direction of the pivotal of the handle.

The driving element can be pivoted in an opposite direction so as to disengage the ratchet thereof from the ratchets of the elongated element and pivot the locking element for disengaging the ratchet of the locking element from the ratchets of the elongated element.

The buckle includes two lateral portions inserted through the slots and secured to the shaft and a central portion formed between the lateral portions. The buckle is concealed in the recess when the shaft is retained in the first portion of the locking element.

The ratchet wheels are secured to the axle. The first detent is mounted on the base for engagement with the ratchet wheels. Thus, rotation of the axle relative to the base in a first direction is allowed, but rotation of the axle in a second direction opposite to the first direction is avoided. The second detent is mounted on the lever for engagement with the ratchet wheels. Thus, pivoting of the lever in the first direction results in rotation of the axle in the first direction, but pivoting of the lever in the second direction does not entail rotation of the axle in the second direction. The force gauge includes a casing, a spring, an anvil and an indicator.

The automatic winding device includes a housing, a reel rotationally received in the housing for winding a strap introduced through the strap fastener and a spring connected between the housing and the reel. A shaft is securely received in the housing for supporting the reel. The spring is a coil spring mounted on the shaft and received in the reel. The spring includes an internal end secured to the shaft and an external end secured to the reel. In an aspect, at least one ratchet wheel is formed on the reel, and a detent is movably mounted on the housing for releasable engagement with the reel. The detent is biased by means of a second spring. The housing defines a slot through which the detent is inserted. The housing includes a stem formed thereon within the slot. The detent includes a groove defined therein for receiving the stem and the second spring. Thus, the second spring is compressed between the stem and a portion of the detent.

A first end plate is securely attached to the first screw to move therewith. An inner tube has a first end and a second end that is telescopically received in a second end of the outer tube. The first end of the inner tube has an inner threading for threadedly engaging with a second screw. A second end plate is securely attached to the second screw to move therewith. The inner tube further includes a number of longitudinally spaced positioning holes. A pin is removably extended through a transverse hole in the outer tube and one of the positioning holes of the inner tube that is aligned with the transverse hole to thereby secure the inner tube and the second tube together. A fine adjusting device is provided to turn the inner tube and the outer tube that are secured together to cause the screws to move relative to the inner tube and the outer tube.
