  • Patent number: 10970903
Abstract: The disclosed computer-implemented method may include displaying vehicle environment awareness. In some embodiments, a visualization system may display an abstract representation of a vehicle's physical environment via a mobile device and/or a device embedded in the vehicle. For example, the visualization may use a voxel grid to represent the environment and may alter characteristics of shapes in the grid to increase their visual prominence when the sensors of the vehicle detect that an object is occupying the space represented by the shapes. In some embodiments, the visualization may gradually increase and reduce the visual prominence of shapes in the grid to create a soothing wave effect. Various other methods, systems, and computer-readable media are also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20210097147
Abstract: In one embodiment, a method includes generating a simulated sensor based on performance features associated with a sensor. The method includes determining a placement indicator specifying a location and orientation of the simulated sensor on a vehicle in a virtual environment associated with the vehicle. The method includes simulating, based on the performance features associated with the sensor, behavior of one or more emissions originating from the simulated sensor in the virtual environment. For each emission, the simulating includes determining an interaction of the emission with one or more simulated objects in the virtual environment. The method includes providing a representation of a capability of the sensor based on the simulated behavior of the emissions.

  • Patent number: 10766019
Abstract: The present invention relates to an olefin metathesis reaction catalyst where rhenium (Re) oxide or molybdenum (Mo) oxide is supported, as a catalyst main component, on a surface-modified mesoporous silica or mesoporous alumina support, and a preparation method therefor. The olefin metathesis reaction catalyst of the present invention allows highly efficient metathesis of long-chain unsaturated hydrocarbons having at least eight carbons at a low temperature of 150° C. or lower. The catalyst can be separated readily from reaction solution, regenerated at a low temperature of 400° C. or lower by removing toxins accumulated on it during the metathesis reaction, and used repeatedly in metathesis reaction many times, thereby being made good use in commercial olefin metathesis processes.

  • Patent number: 10472276
Abstract: A composition for forming film having wrinkle structure and a method of forming the film are disclosed. The composition includes photo-curable agent and photoinitiator dissolved in the photo-curable agent. The cut off wavelength of light transmittance of the photo-curable agent is greater than the cut off wavelength of light absorbance of the photoinitiator. Photo-cured thin film is formed at the upper portion of composition layer at an initial time period of irradiation. By subsequent contraction, the photo-cured thin film forms wrinkles. The wrinkle structure is controlled by the relation of the cut off wavelength of light transmittance of the photo-curable agent and the cut off wavelength of light absorbance of the photoinitiator, the photo-curing rate of the composition and the thickness of the composition layer, and the photoinitiator concentration, etc., before photo-curing. The film may increase the emission efficiency of LED and OLED and the sensing effect of sensor.
