When information about the network service is changed, a message including the changed information is transmitted to the information server, and the message is re-transmitted to the information server a predetermined number of times until the information server transmits an ACK response that indicates acceptance of the changed information.

The mobile node that does not include a GPS or does not support a specific protocol transmits the location thereof to an IS using an PoA identifier that is an intrinsic value of a current PoA to which the MN is connected, so that the IS can be informed of the current PoA, and quickly and promptly determine adjacent PoAs for performing handover.

When a user corresponding to the recipient information is registered, the control unit stores the printing data in a normal memory allocated to the registered user and, when the user is unregistered, the control unit stores the printing data in a temporary memory. Accordingly, it is possible to accurately transmit the printing data to the intended recipients.
