    Abstract: A method for controlling the IoT devices and an IoT system using the same are provided. The IoT devices includes a trigger device and a functional device. A managing software is executable on a client device. First, a credential is sent to the client from the functional device. Second, a script is received at the trigger device. The script includes the credential, at least one supported command, and at least one supported event. The script is generated at the managing software. The supported command is recognizable to the functional device. When the supported event is triggered at the trigger device, the supported command from the trigger device is received at the functional device. Then, a function of the functional device is performed based on the command, which increases the convenience of operating the system. The trigger device need not recognize the command, which increases the flexibility of the system.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for preparing high-melt-strength polylactide resin by two-step reaction, which comprises the following steps: mixing polylactide resin and GMA to obtain a premix; mixing multifunctional reactive monomer, a peroxide initiator and organic solvent to obtain a monomer mixture; and adding the premix and the monomer mixture into a screw extruder in sections, after melting, blending, extruding, cooling, pelletizing and drying to obtain a high melt strength polylactide resin. The method of the present invention has a simple production process, can be adapted to large-scale industrial production, the graft modification reaction is rapid and controllable, and the obtained product is safe without residue and high in purity. The high-melt-strength polylactide resin has a low melt flow index, high complex viscosity and storage modulus, and is a green polymer material with wide application prospects.

    Abstract: System and method for detecting domain names that exhibit Domain Generation Algorithm (DGA) like behaviours from a stream of Domain Name System (DNS) records. In particular, this document describes a system comprising a deep learning classifier (DL-C) module for receiving and filtering the stream of DNS records before the filtered DNS records, which have been determined to possess domain names that exhibit DGA behaviour are provided to a series filter-classifier (SFC) module. The SFC module then groups the records into various series based on source IP, destination IP and time. For each series, it then filters away records that do not exhibit the dominant DGA characteristics of the series. Finally, for each series, it makes use of the remaining DNS records' timestamps to generate a time series of DGA occurrences and then, using this time series of occurrences, determine the number of DGA bursts throughout the time period of analysis.
