    Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods for forming MOSFET trenches with improved corner properties. In some embodiments, a method may include providing a device structure including an epitaxial layer and a hard mask over the epitaxial layer, and forming a trench through the well and the epitaxial layer, wherein the trench is defined by a sidewall, a bottom, and a corner at an intersection of the sidewall and the bottom. The method may further include implanting the device structure by delivering ions into the corner and into the bottom of the trench, and etching the trench to increase rounding of the corner.

A UV-curable gap filler may be interposed between the flexible printed circuit and the display cover layer.

The state of charge is determined in some instances by applying a current perturbation having a frequency to the battery terminals, monitoring the response signal, and determining the phase of the response signal. The phase may be correlated to the state of charge of the battery, so that once the phase is determined, a determination of the state of charge of the battery may be made. In some situations, the state of charge may be used to determine the operating condition of a load connected to the battery. In some embodiments, the state of charge may be used to determine whether the battery is defective.

    Abstract: Provided is an efficient and scalable attention model that can be referred to as multi-axis attention. Example implementations can include two aspects: blocked local and dilated global attention. These design choices allow global-local spatial interactions on arbitrary input resolutions with only linear complexity. The present disclosure also presents a new architectural element by effectively blending the proposed multi-axis attention model with convolutions. In addition, the present disclosure proposes a simple hierarchical vision backbone, example implementations of which can be referred to as MaxViT, by simply repeating the basic building block over multiple stages. Notably, MaxViT is able to “see” globally throughout the entire network, even in earlier, high-resolution stages.

Based on determining that the spoofing alert message indicates that a spoofed GNSS condition is present, the UE determines, based on the spoofing alert message, a location of a spoofer broadcasting a spoofed GNSS signal, determines, based on the location of the spoofer and a current location of the UE, that the UE is within a receiving area of the spoofed GNSS signal, and determines a position of the UE without using the spoofed GNSS signal.

    Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for vector-quantized image modeling using vision transformers and improved codebook handling. In particular, the present disclosure provides a Vector-quantized Image Modeling (VIM) approach that involves pre-training a machine learning model (e.g., Transformer model) to predict rasterized image tokens autoregressively. The discrete image tokens can be encoded from a learned Vision-Transformer-based VQGAN (example implementations of which can be referred to as ViT-VQGAN). The present disclosure proposes multiple improvements over vanilla VQGAN from architecture to codebook learning, yielding better efficiency and reconstruction fidelity. The improved ViT-VQGAN further improves vector-quantized image modeling tasks, including unconditional image generation, conditioned image generation (e.g., class-conditioned image generation), and unsupervised representation learning.
