    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a multi-view collaborative tracking method and apparatus for a fast moving target under a low luminance condition, including a multi-view target tracking algorithm based on radar-vision fusion data and an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) cluster collaborative tracking technology. This method takes the spatiotemporal normalized multi-source data as the learning objective of multi-agent reinforcement learning, to drive the cluster to collect data from multiple angles and directions. In this way, highly-efficient multi-angle collaborative observation can be performed on a high-speed moving object in an environment of weak texture and low luminance.

The method also includes determining an unsupervised loss term based on target branch outputs and predictions of the sequence of target branch outputs. The method also includes updating parameters of the audio encoder based on the unsupervised loss term.

    Abstract: Partial discharge detection techniques are provided. In one aspect, a method of detecting partial discharge in an electrical power system having a power electronics converter is provided. A first current signal is captured in response to a first applied voltage. A second current signal is captured in response to a second applied voltage, the second applied voltage being different than the first applied voltage. The first current signal is set as a reference signal. A difference signal is determined based on the second current signal and the reference signal. A determination is made as to whether partial discharge is present based on the difference signal. The method may iterate, and for each iteration, the reference signal is refreshed on a rolling basis as a previously captured current signal measured in response to a previously applied voltage. The applied voltage is also stepped up or down for each iteration.

The catalyst for preparing 2-ethoxyphenol by catalytic depolymerization of lignin in the present disclosure can catalytically depolymerize lignin, realize the directional preparation of 2-ethoxyphenol from lignin, and co-produce lignin oil. It has a comparatively high selectivity for 2-ethoxyphenol and can achieve a lignin conversion rate of more than 95%, a 2-ethoxyphenol selectivity of more than 20% in a liquid product, and a yield of more than 100 mg/g of lignin.
