  • Publication number: 20230309834
Abstract: Multi-spectral imaging systems include an excitation light source that produces an excitation beam having an excitation light spectrum. A programmable light source sequentially selects three or more excitation wavelength ranges from a plurality of excitation wavelength ranges based on code words defined by a selected code. Based on the code words, a sequence of encoded excitation beams is produced which are sequentially directed to a sample location. An imaging system such as a hyperspectral camera is situated to produce spectral images of a sample associated with a plurality of emission wavelength ranges in response to each of the encoded excitation beams. The spectral images are decoded to produce a spectral emission image corresponding to emitted intensity at the plurality of emission wavelengths as a function of excitation wavelength.

  • Publication number: 20230304189
Abstract: A method for implementing deep reinforcement learning with T-cell receptor (TCR) mutation policies to generate binding TCRs for immunotherapy includes extracting peptides to identify a virus or tumor cells, collecting a library of TCRs from patients, predicting interaction scores between the extracted peptides and the TCRs from the patients, developing a deep reinforcement learning framework with TCR mutation policies to generate TCRs with maximum binding scores, defining reward functions, outputting mutated TCRs, ranking the outputted TCRs to utilize top-ranked TCR candidates to target the virus or the tumor cells, and for each top-ranked TCR candidate, repeatedly identifying a set of self-peptides that the top-ranked TCR candidate binds to and further optimizing it greedily by maximizing a sum of its interaction scores with a given set of peptide antigens while minimizing a sum of its interaction scores with the set of self-peptides until stopping criteria of efficacy and safety are met.

  • Patent number: 11762466
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for measuring and identifying real-world tremors in order to calculate and display an anti-tremor in a virtual reality world. A system may identify a tremor in a body part, such as hands, and measure the tremor movement from, e.g., body sensors, to calculate an opposite movement and animate virtual hands performing the reverse tremor motion. Depicting inverse motions, such as an anti-tremor, may be used in a few ways to therapeutically train and exercise patients to better control their tremors. Providing a visual cue may help a patient interrupt the movement, as well as provide possibilities for therapy or training muscle memory and stimulating nerve and neuron recovery. By displaying an anti-tremor with virtual hands, a VR system may be used to help train or exercise body parts experiencing tremors.

  • Patent number: 11757527
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a method for transmitting sensor data from multiple sensors to a satellite. In a first phase, which is designated as a registration phase, the satellite registers the sensors in question and allocates each sensor a time window for transmitting the respective sensor data, and in a second phase, which is designated as a transmission phase, the satellite requests the sensor data in the individual sensors in a controlled manner, e.g., according to a list generated by the satellite during the registration phase. Thus, it is possible for satellites to access a ground-based sensor system in an optimized and self-learning manner. The disclosure additionally relates to a satellite suitable for carrying out the aforementioned method.
