    Abstract: A package structure including a redistribution circuit structure, a wiring substrate, first conductive terminals, an insulating encapsulation, and a semiconductor device is provided. The redistribution circuit structure includes stacked dielectric layers, redistribution wirings and first conductive pads. The first conductive pads are disposed on a surface of an outermost dielectric layer among the stacked dielectric layers, the first conductive pads are electrically connected to outermost redistribution pads among the redistribution wirings by via openings of the outermost dielectric layer, and a first lateral dimension of the via openings is greater than a half of a second lateral dimension of the outermost redistribution pads. The wiring substrate includes second conductive pads. The first conductive terminals are disposed between the first conductive pads and the second conductive pads.     Abstract: Systems, devices and methods of manufacturing a system on silicon wafer (SoSW) device and package are described herein. A plurality of functional dies is formed in a silicon wafer. Different sets of masks are used to form different types of the functional dies in the silicon wafer. A first redistribution structure is formed over the silicon wafer and provides local interconnects between adjacent dies of the same type and/or of different types. A second redistribution structure may be formed over the first redistribution layer and provides semi-global and/or global interconnects between non-adjacent dies of the same type and/or of different types. An optional backside redistribution structure may be formed over a second side of the silicon wafer opposite the first redistribution layer. The optional backside redistribution structure may provide backside interconnects between functional dies of different types.

The shell is detachably mounted on the cover. The shell includes a side wall, an opening, multiple gateways, and at least two second assembling members. The side wall surrounds a space. The opening and the gateways all are formed on a top of the side wall and communicate with the space. A portion of each of the lamps is received in one of the gateways. The second assembling members are disposed on the side wall and face each other in a radial line of the shell, and respectively engage with the first assembling members.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a multi-state one-time programmable (MSOTP) memory circuit including a memory cell and a programming voltage driving circuit. The memory cell includes a MOS storage transistor, a first MOS access transistor and a second MOS access transistor electrically connected to store two bits of data. When the memory cell is in a writing state, the programming voltage driving circuit outputs a writing control potential to the gate of the MOS storage transistor, and when the memory cell is in a reading state, the programming voltage driving circuit outputs a reading control potential to the gate of the MOS storage transistor.
