    Abstract: A fan module including a first body, a second body, a first fan assembly, a power module, and a second fan assembly is provided. The second body is slidably disposed at the first body to form a circulation space together. The first fan assembly is rotatably disposed at the first body and has sliding grooves. The power module is disposed in the first body and connected to the first fan assembly. The second fan assembly is rotatably disposed at the second body and has sliding portions, respectively and slidably disposed in corresponding sliding grooves. The power module is adapted to drive the first and second fan assemblies to rotate relative to the first body. A link module is adapted to drive the first and second bodies to relatively slide along an axial direction, so that the first and second fan assemblies are relatively separated or overlapped along the axial direction.

The driving element is sleeved on the shaft and is located in the casing. The linking assembly is carried by the casing and covered by the flexible screen. When the second body is folded onto the first body, the flexible screen keeps flat. When the second body is unfolded with respect to the first body, the driving element is rotated and moved with respect to the shaft to drive the linking assembly to move, and the linking assembly drives the flexible screen to bend.

    Abstract: A method for controlling a specific absorption rate (SAR) of a wireless communications device and a wireless communications device, and the wireless communications device includes a first antenna and a second antenna. The method includes transmitting, by the wireless communications device, a radio frequency signal using the first antenna, and stopping using the first antenna and starting transmitting the radio frequency signal using the second antenna when transmit power of the first antenna is greater than first preset power and a first time period elapses to enable the wireless communications device to meet an SAR standard. There is no backoff of antenna transmit power in a process of controlling the SAR of the wireless communications device. Therefore, communication quality of the wireless communications device is ensured while the SAR standard is met.

    Abstract: Disclosures of the present invention particularly describe oscillator circuit with temperature compensation function, consisting of a fully differential amplifier, a current mirror unit, a bias current supplying unit, a compensation unit, and a reference signal generating unit. A variety of experimental data have proved that, based on the normal operation of the compensation unit and the reference signal generating unit, an oscillation frequency of this oscillator circuit would be maintained at same level even if the ambient temperature continuously increases. Therefore, because the frequency drift due to temperature variation would not occur in the oscillator circuit of the present invention, the novel oscillator circuit is potential oscillator to replace the conventional oscillators applied in analog-to-digital convertors or time-to-digital convertors.
