The method includes reflowing the conformal film. The method includes forming a cap layer on the reflowed film. The method includes depositing a crystalline film on the cap layer. The method includes crystallizing the reflowed film and the cap layer after depositing the crystalline film.

The catalyst can be used in an amination reaction for a large molecular weight polyether polyol, and is particularly active and selective for an amination reaction of a low molecular weight polyether polyol. Therefore, interference randomization can be implemented for signal scrambling, and this can be applicable to various application scenarios in 5G NR to improve performance.
