    Abstract: A temperature and pressure sensor includes: a substrate, a first sensing resistor, and a second sensing resistor. When the substrate is stressed and deformed, the first sensing resistors of the pressure sensing area may generate different deformations and different resistance changes, so that a change of an electrical signal is caused and pressure information is output.
