  • Publication number: 20240137407
Abstract: Lease transfer between master and slave replicas is described. A master replicator determines that an initial master replica lease takes effect. On determining that a master replica transfer needs to be performed, sending a transfer preparation message to a target replicator prior to expiration of a current master replica lease. The target replicator locally starts and calculates a new master replica lease and returns a readiness response to the master replicator. The master replicator sends a lease extension message to remaining slave replicators to extend local corresponding leases. After receiving lease extension success responses of a majority of the slave replicators, the master replicator terminates the local master replica lease of the master replicator in advance, and sends a transfer confirmation message to the target replicator. The target replicator validates the new master replica lease to make the target replicator a new master replicator.

  • Patent number: 11944486
Abstract: An analysis method and an electronic apparatus for breast image are provided. The method includes the following steps. One or more breast ultrasound images are obtained. The breast ultrasound images are used for forming a three-dimensional (3D) breast model. A volume of interest (VOI) in the breast ultrasound image is obtained by applying a detection model on the 3D breast model. The VOI is compared with a tissue segmentation result. The VOI is determined as a false positive according to a compared result between the VOI and the tissue segmentation result. The compared result includes that the VOI is located at a glandular tissue based on the tissue segmentation result. In response to the VOI being located in the glandular tissue of the tissue segmentation result, the VOI is compared with the lactiferous duct in the 3D breast model.

  • Publication number: 20230345592
Abstract: A single-source microwave heating device has a first power-divider, a microwave emitting module and a shifting wave channel. An input port and an isolated port are located on one side of the first power-divider. Two output ports are located on an opposite side of the first power-divider. The microwave emitting module is connected to the input port. The first power-divider divides a microwave from the microwave emitting module between the two output ports. Two ends of the shifting wave channel are each connected to a respective one of the two output ports. A first phase-shifting module and a standing-wave heating chamber are serially mounted along the shifting wave channel. A phase-shift provided by the first phase-shifting module varies according to a position of the first phase-adjusting assembly such that positions of standing-wave crests in the standing-wave heating chamber can be moved back and forth to achieve uniform heating.

  • Publication number: 20230220543
Abstract: An artificial diamond plasma production device has a reaction chamber, a microwave emitting module, and a microwave lens. The microwave emitting module emits a circularly-polarized microwave into the reaction chamber. The microwave emitting module has a polarizing tube, a directing tube, a first waveguide, and a first linearly-polarized microwave source serially connected along a microwave traveling path. The microwave emitting module further has a second waveguide and a first matched load. The polarizing tube is configured to convert a linearly-polarized microwave into a circularly-polarized microwave or the other way round depending on traveling direction of the microwave. The directing tube has a first opening and a second opening which face toward different directions. The first waveguide is connected to the first opening. The first matched load is connected to the second opening via the second waveguide. Therefore, reflected microwave can be channeled out of the reaction chamber.

  • Publication number: 20230156877
Abstract: A microwave heating apparatus has a magnetron, a circulator, a heating assembly, and an end assembly. The heating assembly has a base waveguide tube and a guiding tube obliquely mounted through the base waveguide tube. An included angle between the guiding tube line and the base waveguide tube is smaller than 90 degrees. The end assembly includes a reflecting component having a reflecting surface facing toward the guiding tube, and an adjusting module for adjusting a distance between the reflecting component and the guiding tube. By adjusting the included angle between the guiding tube and the base waveguide tube, an inclined angle of the reflecting surface of the reflecting component and the distance defined between the reflecting component and the guiding tube, a best impedance matching of the microwave can be set according to impedance change of liquid to be heated and heating efficacy of the microwave heating apparatus can be increased.

  • Patent number: 10947512
Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein provide compositions, methods, and uses for respiratory syncytial viruses (RSV) and immunogenic compositions thereof. Certain embodiments provide RSV having a mutated NS1 protein, where the mutation causes the uncoupling of the NS1 protein's replication and type I interferon (IFN) antagonist functions. In some embodiments, this uncoupling can produce virions capable of inducing a strong, long-lasting innate immune response while maintaining its ability to replicate in vitro. Also provided are methods for amplifying RSV in host cells, wherein amplified RSV has mutated NS1 protein in which the protein's replication and IFN antagonistic functions are uncoupled. In certain embodiments, the amplified RSV having mutated NS1 protein is formulated into immunogenic compositions, including vaccines. Other embodiments provide methods for inducing an effective immune response against RSV infection in a subject.
