Abstract: Herein disclosed is a "METHOD FOR FORMING AND MAKING A CARVABLE/MOLDABLE MATERIAL" used for making artistic works of art. The method includes a mixture of pozzolan, plaster of paris, a liquid binder and water which when mixed, then poured into a mold and allowed to cure, forms a workpeice of carvable material. However a most important feature of the present invention is the fact that at any later time if the artist so desires, application of a small amount of water upon the surface of the workpeice will restore the workpeice into a moldable condition so as to allow the artist to recarve, mold, shape and/or restore, unlike any artistic carvable/moldable material heretofore disclosed.

Abstract: A combination fishing rod holder and bite indicator for use by a bank fisherman and includes a probe which is inserted into the sand or ground and is so constructed as to hold the fishing rod in multiple positions of choice such as more vertical than horizontal and when a fish bites, a ratcheting apparatus allows the pole to assume a more horizontal position to indicate that a fish bite has occurred.

Abstract: A combination animal choke collar and least which includes an elongated, continuous member having a grasping portion on one of its ends, its opposite end being folded upon itself and fastened so as to form a loop which captures a rectangular frame. The handle portion when drawn through the rectangular frame forms a loop which is used as a choke collar and provides a second position. A first, position is provided when the choke collar is in place around the animal's neck, and the leash portion of the member is wrapped around upon itself and held secure by a loop and pile fastener such as VELCRO (tm). This device can be worn by the animal at all times when in its first position and when a person desires control over the animal they simply give a gentle tug on the grasping portion and the device assumes its second position. Also included is a pocket which receives and protects valuable documents such as identification papers pertaining to the animal.

Abstract: Disclosed is a combination golf ball putter and ball retriever having a handle and hand grip and a golf club head with a striking surface and a flat bottom surface at right angles to the striking surface, with the bottom surface having a circular recess in its center section of the size and shape to receive and frictionally engage by means of an "O" ring a golf ball and having a golf ball ejecting device including two connected members having enlarged heads at their opposite ends and slidable within a vertical bore having end recesses to accommodate said heads. Also disclosed is a handle portion having substantially a 30 degree curvature nearest the golf head for easier insertion into a golf cup.

Abstract: A water vehicle which is actuated by the occupant when alternating their body weight simultaneously upon two buoyant members having simultaneous, alternate, vertical movement means for one end of each member. The movement further actuating a pair of flippers to simultaneously, alternately, actuate between a first and second position, therefore causing forward movement. The Water vehicle further provides steering means which allows the occupant to steer the vehicle by simply twisting their waist. This vehicle is easily assembled, dis-assembled and portable.

Abstract: A generic ergonomic hand grip is disclosed which teaches an optimum ergonomic relationship between the various parts of the human hand including the wrist, thumbs, thumb pads, finger, finger pads, etc., which may be adapted to many different apparatus's such as suitcases, briefcases, luggage, fishing pole handles, gun handles, hammer handles, knives and many others too numerous to mention.

Abstract: A device or structure for temporarily securing a door, which the occupant of a room (such as a motel or hotel room) can affix to secure the door from being opened from the outside, while the occupant is in the room. The apparatus may be carried in a briefcase or suitcase, it requires no modifications of the door or door frame, it does not mar any surfaces, it may be installed or removed quickly by the occupant and is economical to build.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a dent puller attachment tool for repair of dented sheet metal. The tool provides on one end an assembly for engagemnt with a removable self tapping member. While on its opposite end is a recess adapted for communication with an air wrench drive and in a second embodiment includes a unique drill and screw combination bit.

Abstract: Disclosed is a towing aid which may be easily assembled for multiple uses and disassembled for shipment, storage or transport and includes a variable width axle and a tongue with a variable height for the tongue hitch to accommodate various heights of vehicle hitches. In one assembly the towing aid becomes a car dolly with variable widths between the wheel wells and ramps which are mounted on a rotatable I shaped frame pivotal to and supported by the variable width axle. In a second assembly the I shaped frame is removed and a flatbed trailer frame is attached to the axle. Each part is removably affixed to other parts and disassembles into a compact kit.

Abstract: Disclosed is a combination bottle cap and stackable toy which allows the bottle caps to be accumulated and then affixed together to form various shapes and configurations, thus providing an incentive for the user to purchase a bottle having the stackable cap.

Abstract: A locking device is disclosed which is adapted to be welded to at least two support rails of the bed of a truck such as a garbage truck and which engages the I-beams of the container such as a garbage container to eliminate the necessity of chaining the container to the garbage truck, thus saving time and providing safety from snapping a chain.

Abstract: Disclosed is a bicycle tow-bar which is adapted to be attached between a bicycle and a wheelchair with the attachment to the wheelchair being versatile enough to capture the front swivel wheels of most wheelchairs and easily attached and un-attached to a bicycle by a ball-hitch attached to the seat post. A mud-guard is also disclosed which is easily attached to the tow-bar to repel mud or small rocks, etc.

Abstract: A towline apparatus adapted to be used with a square tubular receiver mounted to a frame of a towing vehicle consisting of a housing which contains a flat coiled spring surrounding a rotatable shaft with the shaft also supporting a flexible, extendable strap which is always in a tensioned position and which can be pulled out of the housing and be attached to an object to be towed. Also, automatic stop means are provided and a locking pin if desired and may also include a hinge in the connection member.

Abstract: Disclosed is a corner tile elongated support strip in the form of a sandwich with the center portion of the sandwich being made of a high density small bead foam with the outer sides of the sandwich being made of high impact extruded plastic. The center portion provides a stress barrier to keep stresses generated in the support structure from reaching the corner trim tile to reduce its tendency to crack.

Abstract: Disclosed is a combination oar and bilge pump which serves as an oar when the apparatus is in a locked first position and when in an un-locked second position becomes a bilge pump by plunging a second tube member having a plunger on its inner end, inward and outward of a first tube member which acts as a gripping surface.

Abstract: A combination dispenser-applicator and stand with the dispenser having a hollow interior and at one end means to fill the hollow interior with a topical solution such as lotion and the stand acting in one mode as a stand and cover for the sponge portion of the applicator head but also allowing the sponge cover to be removed from the stand to enable the user to transport the-applicator in a covered manner without taking the applicator stand.
