  • Patent number: 12087356
Abstract: SRAM cells are connected in columns by bit lines and connected in rows by first and second word lines coupled to first and second data storage sides of the SRAM cells. First the first word lines are actuated in parallel and then next the second word lines are actuated in parallel in first and second phases, respectively, of an in-memory compute operation. Bit line voltages in the first and second phases are processed to generate an in-memory compute operation decision. A low supply node reference voltage for the SRAM cells is selectively modulated between a ground voltage and a negative voltage. The first data storage side receives the negative voltage and the second data storage side receives the ground voltage during the second phase. Conversely, the second data storage side receives the negative voltage and the first data storage side receives the ground voltage during the first phase.

  • Publication number: 20240296351
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to propagating knowledge between nodes of a feature graph in inferring or otherwise predicting attribute values for various features represented within the feature graph. This enables analysis of the feature graph beyond direct dependencies and for domain spaces that are increasingly complex. The present disclosure includes generating a transition matrix based on correlations within the feature graph to determine distribution of weights to apply to an attribute matrix including a combination of known and unknown attribute values. Features described herein provide a computationally inexpensive and flexible approach to evaluating graphs of complex domains while considering combinations of features that are not necessarily directly correlated to other features.

  • Publication number: 20240297124
Abstract: A memory device can include a substrate and a first alignment mark embedded in the substrate. The first alignment mark can be configured to a reference for a patterned second masking layer which is different from a first masking layer deposited on the substrate, and onto which the second patterned masking layer is deposited. The first masking layer can be an opaque or semi-opaque sacrificial layer and a second alignment mark can comprise at least a portion of the first masking layer. A location of the second alignment mark can correspond to a particular structure location in the substrate. The patterned second masking layer can include an additional alignment mark that is spaced laterally apart from the second alignment mark and the patterned second masking layer can define one or more locations of one or more structural features in the substrate.

  • Publication number: 20240296294
Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for an AI system with a large language mode (LLM) with improved accuracy and reliability in solving mathematical problems. An initial query is transformed into a template query by replacing the original input values with variables. Multiple prompts are sent to the LLM, each being different from one another, and contextually related to the template query. Multiple results are responsively received from the LLM, each result including an analytical expression to solve the mathematical problem. Each of the expressions is evaluated using a numerical evaluation tool with variables of the expression being assigned a common set of randomly sampled values. A consensus is achieved when the evaluated expressions satisfy a consensus condition, such as when all outputs match consistently over N experiments or trials. After the consensus condition is reached, the original inputs are evaluated with one or more of the expressions, and the solution is output.

  • Publication number: 20240291792
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to data loss prevention. A computing platform may detect input of a first target recipient domain into a first email message. The computing platform may identify, in real time and prior to sending the first email message, that the first target recipient domain comprises an unintended recipient domain instead of an intended recipient domain. The computing platform may send, based on the identification of the unintended recipient domain and to a user device, a notification that the first target recipient domain is flagged as an unintended recipient domain and one or more commands directing the user device to display the notification.

  • Publication number: 20240289548
Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, methods, and computer program products are disclosed for screening data instances based on a target text of a target corpus. A screening device analyzes a target corpus to generate at least two term dictionaries for the target corpus. The screening apparatus, based on a frequency of a term in the target corpus, determines a term weight for the term; for each data instance, determines term scores for the data instance and the target text based on the term weights; filters the data instances based on the term scores, to generate a short list of data instances; determines term similarity scores between each data instance of the short list and target text based on the term weights; and provides a data instance determined to likely correspond to the target text and an indication of the corresponding term similarity score(s). A term is a word or an n-gram.

  • Patent number: 12074991
Abstract: A proxy revocation service provides a reliable service for performing revocation checks. The proxy revocation service queries public certificate authorities for the revocation status of a set of digital certificates and maintains a database of the revocation statuses. The proxy revocation service provides a singular endpoint that is Application Protocol Interface (API) accessible to web clients. Web clients communicate with the proxy revocation service through use of API message to perform revocation checks, rather than communicating with the public certificate authorities using an online certificate status protocol (OCSP). Use of the proxy revocation service provides both a reliable service for performing revocation checks as well as shifts the complexity away from the web clients.

  • Publication number: 20240283663
Abstract: Digital certificates are generated for devices by a Certificate Authority (CA), which communicates with devices via another entity—registration authority (RA)—so that the CA and RA cannot associate certificates with devices. Each certificate is associated with a public signature key, and with a public encryption key used by CA to encrypt the certificate to hide it from the RA. Both keys are derived by CA from a single key. For example, the signature key can be derived from the public encryption key rather than generated independently. However, high security is obtained even when the CA does not sign the encrypted certificate. Reduced bandwidth and computational costs are obtained as a result. Other embodiments are also provided.

  • Publication number: 20240283350
Abstract: One example includes a testing method that includes connecting a capacitor having a first capacitance to an output terminal of an integrated circuit (IC). The method can also include generating pulse signal responsive to an enable signal provided at at least one input terminal of the IC and providing a drive signal to the output terminal to cause a linearly increasing voltage across the capacitor responsive to the pulse signal. The method can also include measuring a no-load delay. The method can also include measuring the linearly increasing voltage at the output terminal responsive to the drive signal. The method can also include determining a first capacitance charge time for the capacitor responsive to the linearly increasing voltage reaching a threshold and determining a second capacitance charge delay for a second capacitance based on the first capacitance charge time and the no-load delay.

  • Publication number: 20240281643
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to recovering a sparse feature graph based on input data having a collection of samples and associated features. In particular, the systems described herein utilize a fully connected neural network to learn a regression of the input data and determine direct connections between features of the input data while the neural network satisfies one or more sparsity constraints. This regression may be used to recover a feature graph indicating direct connections between the features of the input data. In addition, the feature graph may be presented via an interactive presentation that enables a user to navigate nodes and edges of the graph to gain insights of the input data and associated features.

  • Patent number: 12068026
Abstract: A method of memory reset includes precharging bit lines of a memory array, asserting a signal at a reset node to remove the precharge voltage, and selecting write drivers associated with the bit lines associated with columns of the memory array that contain memory cells to be reset, with the assertion of the signal at the reset node also resulting in application of desired logic states to inputs of the selected write drivers to cause those selected write drivers to change a logic state of the bit lines associated with those write drivers. The method continues with asserting each word line associated with a row of the memory that contains memory cells to be reset to write desired logic states to all of the memory cells of the columns and rows of the memory to be reset during a single clock cycle, and then deasserting those word lines.
