  • Publication number: 20250036438
Abstract: System and method for enabling operations for virtual computing instances with physical passthru devices includes moving an input-output memory management unit (IOMMU) domain from a source virtual computing instance having a physical passthru device to a destination virtual computing instance, where guest operations are performed in the source virtual computing instance. After the destinating virtual computing instance is powered on, any interrupt notifications from the physical passthru device are buffered. After memory data is transferred from the source virtual computing instance to the destination virtual computing instance, posting of interrupt notifications from the physical passthru device is resumed and any buffered interrupt notifications from the physical passthru device are posted. Guest operations are performed in the destination virtual computing instance.

  • Publication number: 20240404641
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate generally to bioinformatics and, more particularly, to systems, computer program products, and methods of mapping functional annotations of genes and proteins from different ontologies. For example, a computer-implemented method includes: identifying, by a processor set, associations of nodes between a first graph of a gene ontology capturing biological processes and a second graph of a protein function ontology; generating, by the processor set, a composite graph by merging the first graph and the second graph using the associations of nodes; adding, by the processor set, node embeddings for nodes of the composite graph; determining, by the processor set, at least one new association of unassociated nodes of the composite graph using the node embeddings; and saving at least one new association of unassociated nodes of the composite graph as an association of nodes between the first graph and the second graph in persistent storage.

  • Patent number: 12160475
Abstract: A response communication that includes one or more data packets is received at a broker associated with a storage node of a plurality of storage nodes via a virtual network associated with the plurality of storage nodes of a storage system. The one or more data packets are provided, via the virtual network associated with the storage nodes, to a tenant communication component associated with an intended destination. A connection between the broker and the tenant communication component associated with the intended destination is terminated. A new connection between the intended destination and the tenant communication component associated with the intended destination is established. The new connection is associated with a virtual network associated with a storage tenant. The one or more data packets are sent to the intended destination via the virtual network associated with the storage tenant.

  • Publication number: 20240339197
Abstract: In some aspects, the described systems and methods provide for validating performance of a model trained on a plurality of annotated pathology images. In validating the trained model, frames may be sampled from one or more pathology images. Each frame may include a distinct portion of a pathology image. Reference annotations on the frames may be received from a plurality of users, each reference annotation describing at least one of a plurality of tissue or cellular characteristic categories or other biological objects for a frame. The frames may be processed using the trained model to generate model predictions, each model prediction describing at least one of the tissue or cellular characteristic categories for a processed frame. Performance of the trained model may be validated based on associating the model predicted annotations with the reference annotations across the one or more pathology images from the plurality of users.

  • Patent number: 12112144
Abstract: Methods and systems that facilitate automatic generation of Application Programming Interface (API) specification from web traffic. Methods include obtaining a plurality of API requests and responses to the plurality of API requests. Methods include processing these API requests and responses to API requests to identify one or more attributes, such as, for example, variables, query parameters, response status codes, and response schemas. Methods include identifying variables using a tree data structure to represent resource paths. Methods include identifying query parameters based on resource items in resource paths. Methods include determining that the API call does not conform to the API specification by comparing one or more attributes of the API call with the attributes of the API specification.

  • Patent number: 12099740
Abstract: Techniques are provided for synchronizing database system metadata between primary and standby persistent storage systems using an object store. A first persistent storage system enabled to store first configuration metadata describing the configuration of the first persistent storage system. A first broker process of the first persistent storage system detects receipt, at an object store endpoint, of a new version of an object message sent by a second broker process of a second persistent storage system. The object message specifies a particular value of a configuration attribute of second configuration metadata from the second persistent storage system. In response to detecting receipt of the new version of the object message, the first broker process reads the particular value of the configuration attribute in the object message. The first broker process sets the configuration attribute in the first configuration metadata to the particular value.

  • Patent number: 12013899
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to generating a search graph or search index to aid in receiving a search query and identifying results of a dataset based on the search query. For example, systems disclosed herein may generate a navigable search graph including vertices representative of objects or points within a dataset that enables a computing device having access to the search graph to navigate vertices of the graph along an identified path until arriving at a point within the search graph that corresponds to a value associated with the search query. Upon identifying a location within the graph corresponding to the search query, systems disclosed herein may identify a neighborhood of points (e.g., vertices) corresponding to items from the dataset and output a set of results for the search query representative of determined results for the search query.

  • Patent number: 11915823
Abstract: In some aspects, the described systems and methods provide for validating performance of a model trained on a plurality of annotated pathology images. A pathology image is accessed. Frames are generated using the pathology image. Each frame in the set includes a distinct portion of the pathology image. Reference annotations are received from one or more users. The reference annotations describe at least one of a plurality of tissue or cellular characteristic categories for one or more frames in the set. Each frame in the set is processed using the trained model to generate model predictions. The model predictions describe at least one of the tissue or cellular characteristic categories for the processed frame. Performance of the trained model is validated based on determining a degree of association between the reference annotations and the model predictions for each frame and/or across all frames in the set of frames.
