  • Publication number: 20190301752
Abstract: An air-conditioning apparatus includes a refrigerant circuit and a fluid circuit. The fluid circuit includes a first branch circuit that connects a branching portion at which a downstream portion of a second heat exchanger branches and a connecting portion farther downstream in a direction of fluid flow than the branching portion, and a second branch circuit that connects a branching portion at which a portion farther downstream than the connecting portion of the first branch circuit branches and a connecting portion farther downstream in the direction of fluid flow than the branching portion of the second branch circuit. The first branch circuit is provided with a third heat exchanger that exchanges heat between fluid flowing through the fluid circuit and outdoor air, and the second branch circuit is provided with a heat storage tank that stores fluid having exchanged heat with outdoor air in the third heat exchanger.

  • Patent number: 10330365
Abstract: A refrigerant circuit forming a refrigeration cycle by connecting together a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, an expansion valve, and an indoor heat exchanger via a refrigerant pipe; and a control unit controlling a blown-out air temperature by causing the indoor heat exchanger to exchange heat while controlling the refrigeration cycle based on one of a sensible heat capability and a latent heat capability calculated from a cooling capability of the refrigerant circuit and a cooling load of the refrigerant circuit. The control unit includes: a capability judging unit judging the cooling capability of the refrigerant circuit based on the one of the sensible heat capability and the latent heat capability; and a control selecting unit selecting one from between superheat degree control to control a degree of superheat and evaporating temperature control to control an evaporating temperature, based on a determination result obtained by the capability judging unit.

  • Patent number: 10317120
Abstract: An air conditioning system according to the present invention changes a target supply temperature based on a magnitude relationship between an operating frequency of a first compressor and a first frequency at which an operating efficiency of the first compressor reaches a maximum, and a magnitude relationship between an operating frequency of a second compressor and a second frequency at which an operating efficiency of the second compressor reaches a maximum.

  • Publication number: 20190086113
Abstract: When a humidity condition, including a humidity detected by a temperature and humidity sensor and a humidification load sensing unit falling below a threshold value, is met, an outside air conditioner supplies the heated and humidified air into the room. When the humidity condition is met during the indoor heating operation, the indoor heating operation is stopped or weakened. When the humidity condition is met, only the outside air conditioner is subjected to a heating and humidifying operation. Since the indoor air is not heated by the inside air conditioner more than necessary, when a heating load is low and a humidification load is present, a “conflicting state” can be prevented in which the inside air conditioner is subjected to a cooling and dehumidifying operation and the outside air conditioner is subjected to the heating and humidifying operation.

  • Publication number: 20190056134
Abstract: A ventilator includes an exhaust air duct for exhausting air from an interior space to an outside and a supply air duct for supplying air from the outside to the interior space, and is equipped with a heat exchanger and a defroster. The heat exchanger performs heat exchange between air passing through the exhaust air duct and air passing through the supply air duct. The defroster defrosts, when frost attaches to the heat exchanger, the heat exchanger by, after air flows into the exhaust air duct or the supply air duct, changing a state of the air.

  • Publication number: 20190011137
Abstract: An air conditioning system includes a compressor to compress refrigerant; a first heat exchanger to condense the compressed refrigerant into a supercooled liquid state; a first decompressor to decompress the condensed refrigerant; a second heat exchanger to cause the decompressed refrigerant to absorb heat; a second decompressor to decompress the heated refrigerant; a third heat exchanger to evaporate the decompressed refrigerant; and a blower fan to take in air from outside a room and blow the air to the first heat exchanger. The second heat exchanger is disposed downstream of the first heat exchanger in a blowing direction of the blower fan. A humidifier is disposed between the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger in the blowing direction. The air blown from the blower fan is heated by the first heat exchanger, humidified by the humidifier, cooled by the second heat exchanger, and supplied into the room.
