    Abstract: Embodiments are directed to techniques for enforcing prerequisite conditions on a data object for an operational feature both upon initiation of that operational feature and while that operational feature is maintained. Accordingly, improved techniques enforce conditions by setting a flag associated with a data object upon confirming that the conditions have been met and checking the flag anytime a configuration change to the data object is requested that would cause the conditions to be violated. If the flag is set, any configuration change that would cause the conditions to be violated is rejected.

A resistance changed value of the first electrostatic sensing element is measured.

    Abstract: An electrometer includes a sensing module and a control module. The sensing module includes an electrostatic sensing element. The electrostatic sensing element includes two opposite ends. Each end of the electrostatic sensing element is electrically connected to the control module. When an object with electrostatic charge is near but does not touch the electrostatic sensing element, the resistance of the electrostatic sensing element can be changed. The control module electrically connect to the electrostatic sensing element, the control module measures the resistance variation ?R of the electrostatic sensing element and converts the resistance variation ?R into the static electricity potential.

The method for generating a PDU includes: segmenting an input SDU into at least one segmentation in such a manner that the at least one segmentation is distributed in at least one PDU; and setting an offset field and at least one length indicator field in a header of each PDU, wherein the offset field indicates an offset of a first segmentation of a first new SDU appearing in the PDU, and the length indicator field indicates the end of the new SDU or the segmentation of the new to SDU in the PDU. With the present invention, since a single SDU is indicated only using one LI even if it is segmented into a plurality of segmentations, and the LI indicates the end of SDU in one PDU, it is ensured that an eNB in the SFN can recover packets in case of multiple packets loss while avoiding de-synchronization during the contents transmission.
