Abstract: Provided herein are antibodies that selectively bind to PD-1 and its isoforms and homologs, and compositions comprising the antibodies. Also provided are methods of using the antibodies, such as therapeutic and diagnostic methods.

Abstract: Embodiments are generally directed to techniques for extracting contextually structured data from document images, such as by automatically identifying document layout, document data, and/or document metadata in a document image, for instance. Many embodiments are particularly directed to generating and utilizing a document template database for automatically extracting document image contents into a contextually structured format. For example, the document template database may include a plurality of templates for identifying/explaining key data elements in various document image formats that can be used to extract contextually structured data from incoming document images with a matching document image format. Several embodiments are particularly directed to automatically identifying and associating document metadata with corresponding document data in a document image, such as for generating a machine-facilitated annotation of the document image.

Abstract: A content distribution system configured to store first and second creator content generated respectively by first and second creators, receive first and second rules generated separately by the first and second creator, respectively, the first rules governing requirements for consumers to access the first content, the second rules governing requirements for consumers to access the second content, the first and second rules requiring that a potential consumer must be a member of the respective creator's group, the first rules further requiring that the potential consumer must pay to receive access to the first content, receive a content request from a first-third party system from a first consumer requesting access to the first content, confirm that the first user qualifies to receive access and that the first third-party system is permitted, and provide access to the first content.

Abstract: A system for monitoring basket plugging for agricultural implements includes a basket assembly configured to be supported by an agricultural implement and a plugging sensor positioned relative to the basket assembly such that the plugging sensor is configured to transmit detection signals across a field of detection towards an interior of the basket assembly and receive return signals based on reflection of the detection signals off at least one surface. The field of detection extends across a portion of a lateral width of the basket assembly such that the detection signals are transmitted towards multiple locations along the portion of the lateral width. The system also includes a controller communicatively coupled to the plugging sensor. The controller is configured to analyze data received from the plugging sensor as the basket assembly rotates relative to the plugging sensor to determine when the basket assembly is experiencing a plugged condition.

Abstract: A method of using a storage and cooking device having multiple thermal containers includes disposing a first food item in a first thermal container, a second food item in a second thermal container, and a third food item in a third thermal container. A volume of fluid is cooled and circulated through at least a portion of the device such that thermal energy from at least one of the first, second, or third food item is transferred to the cooled fluid. The device is transitioned from a first operating mode to a second operating mode in response to a criterion being satisfied. When in the second configuration, the volume of fluid is heated and circulated through at least a portion of the device such that thermal energy is transferred from the volume of fluid to at least one of the first, second, or third food item.

Abstract: Techniques for sub-pixel resolution of an individual observation of ionizing radiation by electrode gerrymandering employ specialized pixel electrode geometries and a contracting-grid search to determine an energy deposition location and an estimate of the total deposited energy. Shaped pixel electrodes in a two-dimensional array of pixel electrodes enable redistribution of induced electrical signals to more than one pixel electrode by extending the pixel electrode's reach beyond that of a conventional pixel electrode so that an area or a portion of the pixel electrode is farther from its center than half a distance between its center and the pixel electrode center of an adjacent neighbor pixel electrode.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer program products of fusing Molecular Chemical Imaging (MCI) and Red Green Blue (RGB) images are disclosed herein. A sample is illuminated with illuminating photons which interact with the sample and are used to form MCI and RGB images. The MCI and RGB images are fused by way of mathematical operations to generate a RGB image with a detection overlay.
