Patent number: 7150220Abstract: A cooking apparatus which allows an interior of a cabinet thereof to be easily cleaned. The cooking apparatus includes a cabinet. The cabinet has an opening in a top surface defining a heating space. A heating unit to heat food is installed in the heating space and heat is transmitted from the heating unit to the food. A grill unit is seated on the top surface of the cabinet to support the food over the opening. A contamination preventing unit is installed in the heating space to prevent an inside surface of the cabinet from being contaminated with material dropping from the food. The cooking apparatus of the present invention guides splashed material back to a tray when the material collides with the tray splashes. The contamination preventing unit may be removed from the heating space, enabling a user to easily clean the contamination preventing unit.Type: GrantFiled: December 4, 2003Date of Patent: December 19, 2006Assignee: Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.Inventors: Dae-Sung Han, Chul Kim, Yong-Woon Han, Seong-Deog Jang, Kyung-Hee Hahm, Joo-Yeong Yeo, Han-Seong Kang

Publication number: 20060264225Abstract: The present invention relates to method and apparatus for providing an arbitrary sound chosen by a called subscriber instead of ringback tone to a calling subscriber. In this present invention, if a call is received, a terminating exchanger requests a trunk connection to a sound db server based on the first information on whether or not to replace a ringback tone and the second information on a route to the sound db server that are received from a home location register (HLR), and provides a called subscriber identification for the sound server. Then, the sound db server searches its db for a sound specified by the called, and provides the found sound for the caller instead of a conventional ringback tone via the terminating exchanger connected through a trunk. Through this sequential procedure of network elements, a caller can hear a sound specified by a called instead of a dry ringback tone.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 31, 2006Publication date: November 23, 2006Inventors: Yeong No, Ki Kim, Hee Hahm, Sang Lee

Publication number: 20060126815Abstract: The present invention relates to method for providing an arbitrary sound, chosen by a called subscriber, instead of ringback tone to a calling subscriber through a call-originating exchanger. In this present invention, if a call is generated to an exchanger, the call-originating exchanger requests a trunk connection to a sound db server based on the first information on whether or not to replace an RBT (RingBack Tone) and the second information on a route to the sound db server that are received from a home location register (HLR), and provides a called subscriber identification for the sound db server. Then, the sound db server searches its db for a sound specified by the called, and provides the found sound for the caller instead of a conventional RBT via the originating exchanger connected through a trunk. Through this sequential procedure of network elements, a caller can hear a sound specified by a called instead of a dry RBT.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 28, 2003Publication date: June 15, 2006Inventors: Hee Hahm, Ki Kim, Sang Lee, Yeong No

Publication number: 20060109968Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for providing a caller with an arbitrary sound pre-stored in an exchanger that is chosen by a called subscriber instead of a conventional RBT (RingBack Tone). The present method comprises: a first step, conducted by an HLR (Home Location Register) when a location request message is received from a call-originating exchanger because of call connection request to a terminal, of furnishing a call-terminating exchanger with information on whether or not an RBT is to be replaced for the terminal through a routing information request message that is sent to the call-terminating exchanger; and a second step, conducted by the call-terminating exchanger when a trunk connection request from a call-originating exchanger is recognized, of searching for a sound code assigned to the terminal based on the information, and providing a caller with a pre-stored RBT-replacing sound associated with the found sound code as an RBT.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 22, 2003Publication date: May 25, 2006Applicant: SK TELECOM CO., LTD.Inventors: Hee Hahm, Ki Mun Kim, Sang Yun Lee, Yeong No, Jae Young Park
