Abstract: A magnetic resonance (MR) system 10 includes at least one cable (30, 32, 34) that has at least one optic fiber component (31C, 31E, 33B, 35B) and an optical monitoring unit (37) in communication with the at least one optic fiber component (31C, 31E, 33B, 35B). The optical monitoring unit (37) is configured to determine temperatures at each of a plurality of positions along the at least one optic fiber component (31C, 31E, 33B, 35B). The optical monitoring unit (37) is further configured to halt an operation of the MR system (10) in response to at least one determined temperature. In accordance with the invention, the temperature of one or more cable traps forming part of the cable can be monitored and a faulty cable trap can be detected.

Abstract: A new and distinct variety of Echeveria plant named ‘OVPEARLS04’ which is characterized by a compact globular plant form with an abundance of foliage which is tightly held in a basal rosette, flabellate foliage with a heavily undulated praemorse apex, and heavily pruinose foliage which gives the foliage a purple hue. The new variety has shown to be uniform and stable in the resulting generations from asexual propagation.

Abstract: Inkjet printing system for processing substrates including a chuck for placement of a substrate and an inkjet printing head with at least one nozzle. Each chuck has chuck reference marks, each of which is associated with an associated camera. An electronic controller assembly is configured to take a set of images each instance a substrate having substrate reference marks has been placed on a chuck, with each image containing a chuck reference mark and a substrate reference mark. For each image, the position of the chuck relative to the camera and the position of the substrate relative to the camera is determined. Subsequently, the substrate position relative to the chuck is calculated and based thereon the firing of the at least one nozzle is timed and the movement of the printing motion assembly is controlled so that the liquid drops are accurately positioned on the substrate.

Abstract: A method and arrangement for determining a quality rating data (QRD) of a medical data acquisition system (MDAS). The method and arrangement comprise of receiving first data, which includes utilization errors occurred during performing a data acquisition procedure (DAP), by a data acquisition component of the MDAS, on a patient to acquire medical data. The method and arrangement further comprise generating second data as a function of the first data. The second data is indicative of categories of the utilization errors, wherein at least one utilization error is assigned to a corresponding category based on a predetermined parameter. The method and arrangement further comprise determining the QRD as a function of a total number of MDAS utilizations, a predetermined coefficient for the corresponding error category and a number of utilization errors in the corresponding error category.
