    Abstract: An inkjet printing system and method for processing wafers in a high volume are disclosed. The inkjet printing system includes a chuck on which a wafer can be placed and an inkjet printing head with at least one nozzle. Each chuck is associated with a single camera. Each chuck includes a 2-dimensional visual reference. An electronic controller assembly is configured to take a single image containing the wafer edge and the 2-dimensional visual reference each instance a wafer has been placed on a chuck. For each image, the position of the chuck relative to the camera and the position of the wafer relative to the camera are determined. Subsequently, the wafer position relative to the chuck is calculated and based on that the firing of the at least one nozzle is timed and the movement of the printing motion assembly is controlled so that the liquid drops are accurately positioned on the wafer.

On a match the request is routed towards the network node of the second M2M network according to an address available in a REstful structure comprising the announced resource.

The humidity sensor produces a current signal that increases with increases in the humidity level and the amplifier amplifies the signal produced by the humidity sensor to produce compensating output current. The amplifier provides amplification of the signal produced by the humidity sensor at a level that increases with increases of the primary output current. Thus, the amplifier provides the amplification of the signal produced by the humidity sensor at a level to make the compensating output current equal to the leakage current. This causes the electrical load element to receive the primary output current combined with the compensating output current as a power supply current that is unaffected by the leakage current.

    Abstract: It is proposed herein to improve the specifications of a low-noise amplifier (LNA) by integrating it in a chip. In order to cover a range of operating frequencies using a single chip, the integrated-circuit amplifier proposed herein comprises an input port configured to receive a magnetic resonance (MR) signal from a radio-frequency (RF) coil, one or more LNAs configured to amplify the received MR signal, and an output port configured to output the amplified MR signal from the one or more LNAs. The operating frequency of the RF coil depends on the field strength. The matching circuit, if present, needs to be tuned to operate at the operating frequency of the RF coil, and depends on the component values in the loop, thus on loop size. In contrast, the proposed integrated-circuit amplifier is capable of directly connecting to RF coils with different loop sizes, without the need for a matching circuit.
