Publication number: 20170210148Abstract: An inkjet printing system and method for processing wafers in a high volume are disclosed. The inkjet printing system includes a chuck on which a wafer can be placed and an inkjet printing head with at least one nozzle. Each chuck is associated with a single camera. Each chuck includes a 2-dimensional visual reference. An electronic controller assembly is configured to take a single image containing the wafer edge and the 2-dimensional visual reference each instance a wafer has been placed on a chuck. For each image, the position of the chuck relative to the camera and the position of the wafer relative to the camera are determined. Subsequently, the wafer position relative to the chuck is calculated and based on that the firing of the at least one nozzle is timed and the movement of the printing motion assembly is controlled so that the liquid drops are accurately positioned on the wafer.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 21, 2015Publication date: July 27, 2017Applicant: MEYER BURGER (NETHERLANDS) B.V.Inventors: Johan VERHEIJEN, Laurentius Hendrikus Adrianus VAN DIJK

Patent number: 9439026Abstract: Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communication has been described for communication in a single network in among others publications from the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI). The publications describe a single network with defined entities, a resource structure and protocols. According to the invention, a solution is described for communication between entities residing in different M2M networks. Entities residing in a first M2M network requiring information of an entity in another second M2M network submit a request with a target ID pointing to the entity in the second M2M network. The request is forwarded to the network node of the first network. The network node of the first network checks whether the target ID matches with an announced resource in the network node of the first network. On a match the request is routed towards the network node of the second M2M network according to an address available in a REstful structure comprising the announced resource.Type: GrantFiled: September 10, 2012Date of Patent: September 6, 2016Assignee: Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson (publ)Inventors: Barbara Pareglio, Hendrikus Adrianus Antonia Maria van der Velden

Patent number: 9164477Abstract: Apparatuses include a voltage divider that is connected to a current source, a humidity sensor within an internal humid location of an apparatus, and an amplifier connected to the voltage divider and the humidity sensor. The humidity sensor produces a current signal that increases with increases in the humidity level and the amplifier amplifies the signal produced by the humidity sensor to produce compensating output current. The amplifier provides amplification of the signal produced by the humidity sensor at a level that increases with increases of the primary output current. Thus, the amplifier provides the amplification of the signal produced by the humidity sensor at a level to make the compensating output current equal to the leakage current. This causes the electrical load element to receive the primary output current combined with the compensating output current as a power supply current that is unaffected by the leakage current.Type: GrantFiled: December 2, 2013Date of Patent: October 20, 2015Assignee: Xerox CorporationInventor: Hendrikus Adrianus Anthonius Verheijen

Patent number: 8836248Abstract: An apparatus to monitor a condition of a solid state charge device (SSCD) useful in electrostatic printing includes a power supply and a frequency detector. The power supply provides current to the SSCD, and includes a resonant controller. The frequency detector senses a frequency associated with the current, and since the frequency is representative of the condition of the SSCD, the frequency detector thereby monitors the condition of the SSCD. A method of monitoring the condition of the SSCD includes providing current to the SSCD using a power supply, and sensing a frequency associated with the current. The power supply includes a resonant controller, and the frequency is representative of the condition of the SSCD, and thus the method thereby monitors the condition of the SSCD. A corresponding computer-readable medium is also disclosed.Type: GrantFiled: November 28, 2012Date of Patent: September 16, 2014Assignee: Xerox CorporationInventor: Hendrikus Adrianus Anthonius Verheijen

Patent number: 8626398Abstract: Collision avoidance actions in a road vehicle are controlled based on a computed probability density of future positions of the vehicle. A preliminary probability density (32) is computed by means of a mechanical model by extrapolation from the detected state of the vehicle, including at least its detected position (31). Map data is used to define different regions in an area that contains the road, such as a first region that comprises a road part for traffic that moves in the direction of travel of the vehicle, a second region that comprises a road part for traffic in the opposite direction and a third region bordering on the road. The regions are used to obtain a correction factor of the computed probability density function in the first region (33). The correction factor is computed dependent on the aggregates of the probability density function in respective ones of the regions.Type: GrantFiled: October 5, 2010Date of Patent: January 7, 2014Assignee: Nederlandse Organisatie voor toegepast-natuurwetenschappelijk Onderzoek TNOInventors: Thijs Hendrikus Adrianus Van Den Broek, Jeroen Ploeg

Patent number: 8606738Abstract: A method and system for policy based management in a communication system, comprising at a policy enforcement point (101) associated with policy decision points (102,103,104). The enforcement point (101) transmits a request for a decision from the decision points (102,103,104). A policy strategy point (105) is configured with a decision strategy, comprising an algorithm for determining a resulting decision. The decision points (102,103,104) generate decisions upon which the strategy point (105) generates the resulting decision, by applying said decision strategy on said decisions. The strategy point (105) communicates the resulting decision to the enforcement point (101), which executes the resulting decision.Type: GrantFiled: April 8, 2005Date of Patent: December 10, 2013Assignee: Telefonaktiebolaget L M Ericcson (publ)Inventors: Johannes Van Elburg, Paulus Karremans, Hendrikus Adrianus Antonia Maria van der Velden, Eltjo Boersma

Patent number: 8324900Abstract: It is proposed herein to improve the specifications of a low-noise amplifier (LNA) by integrating it in a chip. In order to cover a range of operating frequencies using a single chip, the integrated-circuit amplifier proposed herein comprises an input port configured to receive a magnetic resonance (MR) signal from a radio-frequency (RF) coil, one or more LNAs configured to amplify the received MR signal, and an output port configured to output the amplified MR signal from the one or more LNAs. The operating frequency of the RF coil depends on the field strength. The matching circuit, if present, needs to be tuned to operate at the operating frequency of the RF coil, and depends on the component values in the loop, thus on loop size. In contrast, the proposed integrated-circuit amplifier is capable of directly connecting to RF coils with different loop sizes, without the need for a matching circuit.Type: GrantFiled: May 30, 2008Date of Patent: December 4, 2012Assignee: Koninklijke Philips Electronic N.V.Inventors: Marinus Johannes Adrianus Maria Helvoort, Paulus Cornelius Hendrikus Adrianus Haans, Leo De Vreede

Patent number: 7777490Abstract: A radio frequency antenna comprising a resonant pickup circuit (102) arranged to pick up a magnetic resonance signal, an analog-to-digital converter (105) arranged to convert the magnetic resonance signal to digital data, and a frequency converter arranged to convert a primary band of frequencies of the digital data. By upshifting the frequency of the transmitted bit-stream, it is possible to RF-trap the transmission channel (109) by simple high-pass filtering techniques. In case the transmitted bit pattern has frequency components that approach the resonance frequency, an encoding technique like Manchester encoding can be used to eliminate unwanted signals.Type: GrantFiled: October 10, 2006Date of Patent: August 17, 2010Assignee: Koninklijke Philips Electronics N.V.Inventors: Paulus Cornelius Hendrikus Adrianus Haans, Marc Paul Saes, Gosta Jakob Ehnholm
