  • Patent number: 9631372
Abstract: A wall panel adapted to engage with an extrusion that is secured to an existing wall structure, in order to mount the wall panel in covering relation to the existing wall structure, includes a main wall panel section, the main wall panel section presenting a three-dimensional shape in cross-section, the main wall panel section including a plurality of sections extending at different angles relative to each other; and at least two bent end sections extending at an angle from different edges of the main wall panel section, each bent end section adapted to engage the extrusion in order to mount the wall panel in covering relation to the existing wall structure.

  • Patent number: 9562361
Abstract: A system for mounting wall panels to a wall, includes wall panels, each including a main wall panel, and at least two bent end sections with a cut-out section and a wall thickness; and a plurality of main fastening extrusions, each including a base section to be secured to the wall, and two parallel, spaced apart flexible and resilient bent end securing walls extending from the base section, each bent end securing wall including a projection facing the other bent end securing wall, the bent end securing walls spaced apart corresponding to the wall thickness of two bent end sections, such that pressing of the bent end sections into the spacing between the bent end securing walls causes biasing away of the bent end securing walls until the projections engage in respective cut-out sections.

  • Patent number: 9359770
Abstract: A system for mounting wall panels to an existing wall structure, includes wall panels, each formed by a main wall panel section and at least two bent end sections; fastening extrusions, each including a base section adapted to be secured to the existing wall structure and a rigid wall extending at an angle therefrom; and a latch arrangement for securing the wall panels to the rigid wall, the latch arrangement including a latch housing, a movable latch member mounted in the latch housing for either engaging within through openings of respective ones of the rigid wall and the bent end sections, or applying a force on each bent end section positioned against a respective rigid wall, and a force application member for moving the movable latch member into a position to cause locking of respective ones of the rigid wall and the bent end sections.

  • Patent number: 9328517
Abstract: A system for mounting a plurality of wall panels to a supporting structure includes a plurality of fasteners. The wall panels include a main panel and at least one L-shaped end section. Each of the fasteners include a base section having spaced apart walls providing an opening therebetween. Opposing U-shaped sections are arranged coupled to the first and second walls generally facing each other. A securing section is arranged outwardly of one of the U-shaped sections for attaching the fastener to a supporting structure. The U-shaped sections respectively receive a portion of an L-shaped end section of adjacent wall panels.

  • Patent number: 9328518
Abstract: A method of assembling wall panels includes mounting a plurality of PVC fastening extrusions to a wall in a predetermined parallel, spaced apart relationship, each having a length much greater than a length of a wall panel and having two spaced apart resilient bent end securing walls extending from a base, each securing wall having a projection, each wall panel having a main wall panel and four bent end sections with recesses and corner openings, pressing a bent end section into the spacing between the securing walls to cause deformation and snapping back thereof a projection engages in a respective recess, sliding said wall panel along the parallel, spaced apart fastening extrusions to a desired position with the corner openings permitting said sliding action, and repeating the steps of pressing and sliding for additional wall panels.
