  • Publication number: 20100083426
Abstract: Swimming goggles include a left frame, a right frame, a connecting member connecting the left frame and the right frame, a strap mechanism assembled on outward sides of the left frame and the right frame, and control members. The strap mechanism includes a head strap defining a plurality of stop grooves therein. Each control member has an engaging portion for engaging with the left frame/the right frame, an operating portion formed opposite to the engaging portion, a pivot portion provided between the engaging portion and the operating portion, and a bias portion near a side of the operating portion for abutting against stop grooves of the head strap. The pivot portion abuts against the bases of the strap mechanism and drives the operating portion upward. When the operating portion is pushed inward, the bias portion displaces inward correspondingly and disengages from the stop grooves.

Each of the left frame and the right frame has a frame body and a lens, the frame body forming a flange thereon. The hard enveloping frames abut against sides of the flanges, and form positioning portions on inward sides thereof, and connecting devices on outward sides thereof. The soft pads are respectively assembled on the flanges of the left frame and the right frame, and are unitarily connected by a connecting portion. Each soft pad includes a touch portion for touching a user's face, and an assembling portion for covering the flange. The head strap is assembled on the connecting devices of the hard enveloping frames. The swimming goggles are worn comfortably and suit for users with different face profiles. At the same time, the swimming goggles prevent from leakage.

  • Publication number: 20100024098
Abstract: Swimming goggles include a left bracket, a right bracket, a hard nose support between the left bracket and the right bracket, lenses respectively assembled on the left bracket and the right bracket, soft integral assembly of frame, nose bridge and pad, and a head strap. The left bracket and the right bracket are made of rigid material, and form a plurality of latch portions and define injection orifices thereon. Strap assembling blocks are formed on outward sides of the left bracket and the right bracket for assembling with the head strap. Through holes are defined in the lenses for corresponding to the injection orifices. Soft integral frame, nose bridge and pad is made in such a way that during shaping, the left bracket, the right bracket and the hard nose support are covered along peripherals of the lenses with the strap assembling blocks being exposed outward.

  • Patent number: 7647650
Abstract: Swimming goggles include a couple of reticulate holding frames connected by a bridge, a couple of frames assembled in the reticulate holding frames, a couple of eyeglasses assembled in the frames, and fasteners. The reticulate holding frames are made of rigid material. Each reticulate holding frame forms a first and a second locking annulus corresponding to each other. Each reticulate holding frame defines an assembling opening in outward sides of the first and the second locking annulus. A first and a second connecting sheets respectively extend from opposing sides of the assembling opening and are assembled together when the swimming goggles are assembled. The frames are made of soft material and are assembled in the reticulate holding frames. The fasteners are assembled on the first and the second connecting sheets of the reticulate holding frames, and press the first and the second connecting sheets in a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction.

  • Patent number: 7631400
Abstract: A buckle for swimming goggles is assembled on a left/right frame of swimming goggles, allowing a head strap pulling therethrough and controlling engagement with or disengagement from stopping grooves of the head strap. The buckle for swimming goggles includes a connecting base, a pressing member pivoting to the connecting base by means of leverage, a button for controlling the pressing member to disengage from the stopping grooves of the head strap, a cover assembled to the connecting base, a wrapping layer, and a mounting element between the connecting base and the cover for mounting on the left/right frame of the swimming goggles. The wrapping layer is provided on an outward side of the cover, and enveloping the button entirely, thereby avoiding nipping users' hair.

  • Publication number: 20090293181
Abstract: Swimming goggles include two clamp frames, two frame bodies, two lenses respectively received in the receiving slots of the frame bodies, pressing devices for pressing the first arm and the second arm to close, and a head strap. Each clamp frame defines a passageway, and has an assembling portion on an inward side thereof. A first arm and a second arm respectively extend from the clamp frame and opposite to the assembling portion. A slit is defined between joint surfaces of the first arm and the second arm and is located adjacent a user's temple when being worn. A stem extends from an end of the first arm/the second arm. An engaging portion is formed at an end of the stem. The frame bodies are respectively assembled on the passageways of the clamp frames. A receiving slot is defined in an inner surface of each frame body.
