Abstract: I created the Static Band from a combination of my life's elements; exercise, stability and meditation. Through this process, I developed equipment that would help me run safely on a treadmill while I kept my eyes closed. With the utility of my invention, it serves a range of advantages such as stopping the swaying from side-to-side and allowing people with poor vision to exercise comfortably. My invention can serve multiple purposes from your personal health, for the handicap, to build your mental strength, insuring your comfortability and even for safety precaution. Not only does it stop the side-to-side motion but it can also increase your intensity by the restriction of the backwards movement encouraging you to keep pushing while it eliminates visible distractions around you in case of discomfort.
