  • Patent number: 9024942
Abstract: An apparatus and method for generating a stereoscopic pointer. Position information designates a position of the stereoscopic pointer, including the depth direction of the stereoscopic pointer. Horizontal pointer position signals are generated based on the position information. The horizontal position of the pointer is set in left and right channels to a horizontal position shifted so as to correspond to a parallax of the position of the stereoscopic pointer in the depth direction. The stereoscopic pointer is displayed based on the horizontal pointer position signal.

  • Publication number: 20140359988
Abstract: Hemming finishing pliers press and thereby bring a folded portion of a panel into close contact with an inner surface side of the panel facing the folded portion, by a clamping action of first and second holding arms. A pressure receiving plate for supporting an outer surface of the panel is provided in a tip end portion of the first holding arm. A pressing claw for pressing the folded portion against the panel supported by the plate is provided in a tip end portion of the second holding arm. A pressure receiving surface of the plate facing the outer surface of the panel is set wider than a pressing surface of the claw facing the folded portion. A supporting wall for supporting a flexed part of the folded portion is formed in the plate. Accordingly, the pliers enable efficient hemming finishing without requiring a skill.

  • Patent number: 8817887
Abstract: Disclosed herein is an information processing apparatus that performs a process of splicing encoded streams together at a splicing point, the apparatus including: control means for determining a section to be subjected to re-encoding in the encoded streams; decoding means for decoding the encoded streams to generate baseband signals; and encoding means for encoding an edited baseband signal generated by splicing the baseband signals generated by the decoding means together at the splicing point to generate an edited encoded stream. The control means provisionally determines a first section to be subjected to re-encoding in first and second encoded streams to be spliced together at a first splicing point. When a second splicing point exists in the first section or a predetermined section that follows the first section, the control means determines a second section to be subjected to re-encoding based on the second splicing point.

  • Publication number: 20140158473
Abstract: An elevator car (1) which moves vertically along the hoistway is provided with a roller guide assembly (3) guided by a guide rail (2). The roller guide assembly (3) is provided with a horizontal fixing shaft (8) which is fixed to a base member (6) and rollers (5a, 5b, 5c) which are supported by the horizontal fixing shaft (8). The rollers (5a, 5b, 5c) are each provided with a roller outer circumference section (10), a rolling bearing (9), an annular rubber (11), and an inner cylinder (12). The configuration eliminates the need for a conventional spring or a conventional damper mechanism because the rubber (11) deforms elastically.

  • Patent number: 8404044
Abstract: An epitaxial growth film formation method allowing to adequately prevent the sticking phenomenon spreading over both a wafer and a susceptor when a horizontal disc-like susceptor is used to form an epitaxial growth film is provided. The epitaxial growth film formation method is a method of forming a vapor growth film on the wafer by placing the wafer having a diameter smaller than that of the susceptor approximately horizontally in substantially a center section on the horizontal disc-like susceptor, wherein the vapor growth film is formed on the wafer by bringing a circumferential recess step adjacent to a bottom inside from an edge part of the wafer and a convex step provided on a circumference of an upper surface inside from the edge part of the susceptor into contact.
