  • Patent number: 11922999
Abstract: A novel memory device is provided. The memory device includes a plurality of memory cells, and one memory cell includes a first transistor and a second transistor. One of a source and a drain of the first transistor is electrically connected to a gate of the second transistor through a node SN. Data written through the first transistor is retained at the node SN. When an OS transistor is used as the first transistor, formation of a storage capacitor is not needed. A region with a low dielectric constant is provided outside the memory cell, whereby noise from the outside is reduced and stable operation is achieved.

  • Publication number: 20230261644
Abstract: In a first correction process, a correction value T(0) is set as a median value between minimum and maximum correction values Tmin(0) and Tmax(0). A provisional adjustment value B=T(0)+Bini is input to the circuit section. A signal value output from the circuit section in accordance with the provisional adjustment value B is obtained by an A/D converter, and the magnitude relationship between the signal value and a target value is determined. When the signal value is smaller than the target value, a value that is smaller than the correction value T(0) by an error tolerance is set as a new minimum correction value Tmin(1). The median value between the minimum correction value Tmin(1) and the maximum correction value Tmax(1)=Tmax(0) is set as a next correction value T(1). In the next correction process, the provisional adjustment value B=T(1)+Bini is input to the circuit section.

  • Publication number: 20140307024
Abstract: The present invention provides stereoscopic prints with reduced image coarseness. A stereoscopic print comprises a lenticular lens sheet and a dot image print that is glued to the back surface of the lenticular lens sheet. Multiple image strips that form the dot image print each include a small unit that enables tone representation, and for each color plate, multiple reference positions are set in each of the smallest units. In forming the dot image print, amplitude-modulated screening is employed to print dots in longitudinal directions of the multiple image strips from each of the reference positions.

  • Patent number: 8861032
Abstract: The present invention provides stereoscopic prints with enhanced resolution and reduced image coarseness. A stereoscopic print comprises a lenticular lens sheet and a dot image print that is glued to the back surface of the lenticular lens sheet. The order of printing dots for the pixels of tone-representing smallest units with the use of a color plate is set at random. The dot printing order is the same among a given number of image strips forming an image strip group that are continuously arranged in a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of half-cylindrical lenses so that dot printing is performed continuously on an area in which pixels to be printed are continuous.

  • Patent number: 8045265
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a three-dimensional image recording medium in which three-dimensional information of a recorded material is recorded precisely and observed more naturally. The linear images of plural parallel-projection images from different directions A to E divided into rectangles are recorded sequentially to divisional recording units of the linear image recording units M1 to M8 and in addition, the linear images of divided parallel-projection images from the same direction are recorded sequentially to each divisional recording unit arranged in the same position relative to a lens width direction of each lenticular lens unit L1 to L8 corresponding to each linear image recording unit M1 to M8 to thereby reproduce a three-dimensional image by combining the linear images of plural parallel-projection images.

  • Patent number: 5754693
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a method for recognizing and classifying one or more unknown patterns, such as letters or numerals, by comparing these unknown patterns to a set of reference patterns. The unknown patterns, as well as the reference patterns, are irradiated by a coherent or incoherent beam, and correlation outputs are measured which would be at peak value of an auto-correlation output or a cross-correlation output between the unknown patterns and the reference patterns. Membership functions are created for each of the reference patterns, and a membership value is estimated or calculated on the basis of the output correlation between the unknown patterns and the reference patterns. Based upon this membership value, the specific unknown pattern is determined.

  • Patent number: 5493645
Abstract: An image memory controller having a first address signal generating unit generating a first address signal in response to a state signal representing the operational state of a printer. The first address signal corresponds to a location in an image memory. A second address signal generating unit generates a second address signal for refreshing the image memory and a third address signal generating unit generates a third address signal used for rewriting at least part of data stored in the image memory. An address signal selector selectively delivers any of the first, second, and third address signals to the image memory.
