  • Patent number: 7011556
Abstract: The present invention provides a contact module, a connector, and a method of producing the contact module. The contact module includes a base and a plurality of contacts. Each of the contacts is bent at both ends in one direction. In a section view of each of the contacts, an insulating film, a barrier film, a plating base film, and a plating film are formed on a sheet in this order. The base that bridges the contacts has only the insulating film laminated on the sheet. The plating film has contact points at the bent parts, and a circuit pattern that is interposed between the contact points. The circuit pattern functions as a signal line.

  • Patent number: 7007847
Abstract: A signal obtained by optically scanning a bar code is subjected to differentiation to obtain differential data. Peak-to-peak distances are calculated from the differential data. When a peak-to-peak ?Tx distance is y times of a basic width, frequency f(x,y) will be, f(x,y)=y/?Tx. A frequency map is prepared from the frequencies calculated. Transition routes in which one frequency each is selected from each of the peak-to-peak distances, are formed. A transition route for which an error in frequencies is the least is taken as the most suitable transition route. An average of the frequencies included in the transition route is taken as a frequency f0 of the basic width.

  • Patent number: 6981898
Abstract: A connector includes multiple pairs of signal contacts arranged in a housing, and facilitates the wiring design and the wiring operation for substrates. The two signal contacts in each of the multiple pairs are arranged at a distance in the longitudinal direction of the housing. With this arrangement, excellent coupling can be established between the two signal contacts, and signals can be balanced-transmitted without causing a phase difference. Also, the lengths of each pair of wires of a wiring substrate to be connected to the multiple pairs of signal contacts can be easily made uniform. Accordingly, there is no need to prepare excessive wiring areas, and the substrate wiring design and the wiring operation can be simplified.

  • Publication number: 20050139676
Abstract: A signal fetching unit fetches a signal that includes binarized information disposed with a predetermined information length, from a barcode. A module-frequency extracting unit extracts a module frequency equivalent to a basic unit length in the binarized information from the signal. A frequency shifting unit shifts a frequency to 0 Hz based on the module frequency for the signal. A low pass filter passes a low frequency component included in an output signal from the frequency shifting unit. A module-point extracting unit extracts a module point synchronized with the signal and that has the module frequency, based on the module frequency extracted and an output signal of the low pass filter. A demodulating unit demodulates a character of the barcode based on the module point extracted.

  • Patent number: 6882684
Abstract: An automatic gain control circuit includes a first portion which calculates a first error amount, and a second portion which calculates a second error amount. Both calculated error amount is sent to a determination module. Further, an integrator integrates an error amount, a difference between a power of an input signal and an average power of an eye pattern for example. The determination determines whether the integrated error amount exceeds a predetermined value or not, and output either of the first error amount and the second error amount based on the determination.

  • Patent number: 6832348
Abstract: An I/O cell (101) becomes an output state according to a burn-in test mode signal M in a burn-in test and the output of a port output signal setting register (106) is selected in an output signal selecting circuit (105). An instruction for periodically alternately setting “H” and “L” in the port output signal setting register (106) is written in test ROM (103). According to this circuit configuration, in burn-in, “H” and “L” are alternately output from the I/O cell (101) and appropriate stress can be applied to the I/O cell (101).
