  • Patent number: 11410896
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a glass interposer module, an imaging device, and an electronic apparatus capable of reducing occurrence of distortion caused by thermal expansion during manufacture. A light transmissive member is charged between a glass interposer and a CMOS image sensor (CIS). Since rigidity of the glass interposer can be enhanced by this configuration, it is possible to suppress deflection of the CIS and also reduce influence of distortion given to a gyro sensor and the like which are equipped on the glass interposer, and therefore, erroneous detection of a gyro signal can be reduced. The present disclosure can be applied to a glass interposer module.

  • Patent number: 11310426
Abstract: The present technology relates to a control device, a controlling method, and an imaging apparatus that make it possible to reduce a weight of a movable body while simplifying a structure and to improve control accuracy. A moving body that moves in two or more directions, and a controller that controls movement of the moving body are provided. The controller sets a control value directed to controlling of the movement of the moving body on the basis of an initial position of the moving body and an instructed position of the moving body. A parameter directed to setting of the control value is set on the basis of the initial position and the instructed position. The present technology is applicable, for example, to a shake correction device that corrects a hand shake of an imaging apparatus or a technique that achieves super-resolution by shifting a sensor to capturing a plurality of images.

  • Patent number: 11169364
Abstract: An image-pickup optical system includes: a first lens provided near an aperture stop and configured to correct aberration; and a second lens arranged between the first lens and an image sensor and configured to collect light, the first lens being a gradient index lens. The degree of freedom of design of a gradient index lens is higher than that of a lens having a constant refractive index, and a gradient index lens thus has a high potential as a device for a lens. Because such a gradient index lens is employed, it is possible to correct aberration without performing expensive processing such as polishing for example. In other words, as a result, costs may be reduced and image-forming properties may not be reduced at the same time.
