  • Patent number: 5457361
Abstract: An ion removing device includes an ion inducing electrode provided in a vacuum container in a deflection portion of an electron accumulating ring along an inner peripheral wall of the vacuum container, an ion removing electrode provided in the vacuum container near each of ports of the defection portion of the electron accumulating ring, and a power source for applying a voltage to both the ion inducing electrode and the ion removing electrodes. An ion removing method includes the steps of inducing ions trapped by a potential generated by an electron beam to ports of a deflection portion of an electron accumulating ring by forming an electric field in a vacuum container in the deflection portion, and removing the ions which have been inducted to the ports of the defection portion.

  • Patent number: 4870049
Abstract: Disclosed is a heat sensitive sheet which can develop a black image having excellent oil and light resistance, comprising a combination of a record sheet to be printed and a transfer sheet for forming an image on said record sheet, wherein said record sheet is coated with a solution comprising an organic or inorganic nickel compound an an organic and inorganic copper compound and said transfer sheet is coated with dithiooxamide. The present invention also provides a transfer sheet which can form a printed black image having excellent oil and light resistance on any type of record sheets. The transfer sheet is coated with an organic compound having a phenolic hydroxyl group or an amino group directly bonded to aromatic ring and quinone or a quinone derivative substituted by an electron attractive group in such a condition that the organic compound is not reacted with quinone or the quinone derivative.

  • Patent number: 4676204
Abstract: A starting system of an engine according to the present invention comprises an electromagnetically-operated fuel resupply pump for supplying auxiliary fuel to an intake passage of the engine, and various detectors for detecting the operating conditions of the engine, e.g., engine speed, temperature of engine cooling water, drive of a starting motor, etc., and a control circuit for controlling the drive of the fuel resupply pump in accordance with signals from the detectors. The control circuit is partially formed of a microcomputer, which controls the pump so that a pulse voltage is applied to a solenoid of the pump for a longer time when the engine is in a cranking state than when the engine is in any other operating state.

  • Patent number: 3984866
Abstract: A single-tube color television camera is disclosed wherein the optical image of a subject is split into three color images by an optical color filter consisting of first vertical stripes for transmitting therethrough all of the three primary color components, second vertical stripes for transmitting therethrough only two of the primary color components, and third vertical stripes for transmitting therethrough only one of the two primary color components, the first, second and third sets of stripes being arrayed cyclically; the three color images projected on the target of a television camera tube are scanned by the electron beams in the direction at right angles to the stripes of the optical color filter; and the predetermined components of the color video signal outputs from the television camera tube are added or substracted so that the three primary color video signals may be derived.
