    Abstract: A vehicle power supply system is provided. The vehicle power supply system includes a first power line connected by a first inverter and a first battery, a second power line connected by a second inverter and a second battery, a voltage converter converting a voltage between the power lines, a charging and discharging control device that controls charging and discharging of the batteries by operating the inverters and the voltage converter, and a permission unit that permits or prohibits execution of the electrical pass control for charging the second battery with power discharged from the first battery. The charging and discharging control device executes the electrical pass control when a second SOC is equal to or less than a predetermined value and the electrical pass control is permitted by the permission unit. The permission unit does not permit the execution of the electrical pass control during regenerative deceleration.
