  • Publication number: 20070198874
Abstract: An electronic control apparatus for vehicles is provided. The apparatus comprises a volatile memory storing control data therein, a control component performing control necessary to the vehicle using the control data in the volatile memory, and an update component updating the control data in the volatile memory based on controlled results. The apparatus further comprises a detecting component, recording component and transmitting unit. The detecting component detects an abnormality occurring in the volatile memory and the recording component correlates a history of the detected abnormality with information indicating a region of the volatile memory in which the abnormality occurs and records information indicating the abnormality history. The transmitting unit generates a transmission signal indicating the abnormality history on the basis of the information indicating the recorded history and transmitting the transmission signal to an external device via a communication interface.

  • Publication number: 20060048686
Abstract: The present invention is a new manufacturing system which is small one that can mount on a desk and the like. The inventors call it a DTF (Desk Top Factory) such as to mean a small factory. In the present application is described what “DTF” aims at and two main items are described in this report. 1) A manufacturing system having an automatic guided pallet (what is called “AGP”) as an automatic transport system. This AGP system is in harmony with an advantage of conventional two transfer systems of manufacturing lines that is, a flow shop type (what is called “assembly line”), which is suitable for a mass-manufacturing, has the advantage of being able to minimize the distance transferred between each process in the system and a job shop type (there is much to need a batch working) has an advantage of enabling traffic (go and return) between each process.

  • Patent number: 6600897
Abstract: A satellite-broadcasting receiving converter includes a plurality of output terminals each of which is connected to an external receiver, to each of which a selection control voltage in which a high-frequency voltage is superposed on a DC voltage is sent from the external receiver, and from each of which one type of a receiving signal is selected according to the selection control voltage and output; and a regulator for generating a power-source voltage from the selection control voltage. Since a high-frequency attenuation unit is connected in series between each output terminal and the regulator in the satellite-broadcasting receiving converter, even if a plurality of selection control voltages are input in common to the regulator, the plurality of selection control voltages different from each other do not affect each other and thereby only one regulator is required.

  • Publication number: 20030050196
Abstract: Photocatalyst compositions may include a photocatalyst layer formed or disposed on the surface of a porous substrate. A metal may be disposed on the photocatalyst layer. If the metal is present predominantly at the surface of the photocatalyst layer, the metal can be utilized efficiently for photocatalytic reactions. The photocatalyst composition may be preferably formed by disposing the photocatalyst layer on the surface of the porous substrate and depositing the metal predominantly on the surface of the photocatalyst layer. Photocatalytic filter devices may include these photocatalyst compositions.

  • Patent number: 6457213
Abstract: The present invention provides a tack which prevents puckering phenomenon from being generated when the tack is pierced into cloth and enables a firm engagement between the tack and a boss portion of a button. In the tack for button, a cylindrical post stands on the center of a seat plate and a quadrangular pyramid shaped head is formed at an end of the post. The head is pointed such that a vertical angle of each of peripheral faces of the head is in a range of 20 to 40°. Four corners on a proximal periphery of the head are protruded out of an outer peripheral face of the post so as to form an engaging portion which bites into a wall face of an attaching hole in a boss portion of the button. When the tack is pierced into cloth, because the head makes a linear contact with the cloth and it is pointed, no puckering phenomenon occurs, thereby making it possible to engage and fix the tack to the boss portion firmly.

  • Patent number: 6438811
Abstract: A male/female engaging device utilized with a pair of tapes constructed so that a gap between the pair of tapes is as small as possible and capable of providing a fashionable and beautiful appearance. Female engaging devices made of synthetic resin are attached to one side edge of one of the pair of tapes and male engaging devices are attached to one side edge of the other of the pair of tapes. Engagement or disengagement between a female engaging device and its corresponding male engaging device is carried out inside of the side edge of one of the tapes on which the female engaging device or the male engaging device is attached. In one embodiment, each female engaging device includes a vertical pair of engaging pieces protruded from a base portion for covering the side edge of one tape and each male engaging device includes a hooking portion for covering the side edge of the other tape so that the engaging pieces are capable of engaging the hooking portion.
