  • Publication number: 20090104997
Abstract: A difficulty of each of change patterns of neck buttons R, G, and B is indicated by a change point, which is stored in association with the change pattern. Using this data, the change level of an operation pattern of the neck buttons in operation sequence data is digitized. The digitized change level of the operation pattern is displayed on a song selection screen as a feature of each operation sequence data. Such an absolute index indicating a feature of the operation sequence data enables a player to rely on the displayed index, which facilitates the player to select operation sequence data suitable for the player's skill or taste.

  • Publication number: 20080287237
Abstract: In an oil-free roller chain, the inner faces of the outer link plates have recesses that receive the ends of bushings, and the inner faces of the inner link plates have recesses that receive the ends of rollers surrounding the bushings. Each such recess is formed by punching, so that the outer surface of each plate has a bulged portion opposite each recess. The diameters of the bulged portions are greater than the diameters of the corresponding recesses. The bushing can have an oil passage located midway between its ends and serving as an oil reservoir supplying oil to the gap between the bushing and the roller and between the bushing and a connecting pin.

  • Patent number: 7442139
Abstract: In a slat conveyor, slats for supporting conveyed articles and personnel extend between two side-by-side, spaced, endless roller chains engaged with driving sprockets at one end of the conveying path and driven sprockets at the other end. At a location radially outward from the pitch circle, the distance between the front surface of the sprocket teeth to the tooth center line is at least as great as the distance from the centerline to the front surface at the pitch circle. The tooth faces merge smoothly with the tooth gap bottom, and the root diameter is smaller than the root diameter according to ISO standards.

  • Publication number: 20080161147
Abstract: An oil-free chain has bushings which protrude from the outer surfaces of the inner link plates into which they are press-fit, and extend into bushing supporting bores formed in the inner surfaces of the outer link plates of the chain. These bushing supporting bores are formed by a pressing operation which produces offsets in portions of the outer plate, so that, as the bushing supporting bores are formed in the inner surfaces of the outer plates, bosses are simultaneously formed on the outer surfaces. The connecting pins of the chain are press-fit into pin holes in these bosses. The bushing supporting bores are formed without removal of material by machining, and therefore the strength of the outer plates is not compromised.

  • Publication number: 20080076613
Abstract: In an oil-free roller chain rollerless bushing, bushing protrude outward past the inner link plates and are received in supporting bores formed in the inner faces of the outer link plates, the bores being coaxial with the holes in which the connecting pins of the chain are press-fit. The relationship between the protruding parts of the bushings and the supporting bores establishes a labyrinth that resists leakage of lubricating oil from the space between the pin and the interior of the bushing. The mutually facing overlapping faces of the plates of the chain are have roughened surfaces that also form a labyrinth structure that further resists oil leakage. A groove formed in the connecting pin allows for an increased supply of sealed lubricating oil.

  • Patent number: 7324225
Abstract: A multifunction system has advanced functions and high speed capability and is excellent in expandability. The multifunction system includes a controller, an IIT, an IOT, and a light distributing device. For a print job, print data outputted from the controller is converted into optical signals, which enter a light distributing device and are transmitted to the IOT of the emission side. The IOT prints the received data onto a printer. For a copy job, copy data outputted from IIT is converted into optical signals, which enter the light distributing device, and are transmitted to the IOT of the emission side. For a scan job, scan data outputted from the scanner is converted into optical signals, which enter the light distributing device, and are transmitted to the controller of the emission side. The controller processes the received data.

  • Publication number: 20080000758
Abstract: A wear resistant, heat resistant conveyor chain comprising a series of links, each having a heat resistant roller rotatably fitted onto a bush between inner plates. The links are interconnected in the longitudinal direction of the chain by outer plates, and connecting pins rotatably inserted into the bush. A wear resistant, heat resistant sleeve-shaped spacer protrudes beyond the end surfaces of the heat resistant rollers toward the right and left inner plates to eliminate any sliding contact between the end surface of the heat resistant roller and the inner side surface of the inner plate.

  • Patent number: 7280446
Abstract: There is provided an optical disk drive capable of appropriately effecting recording and reproducing operations without being affected by offset values and a laser output value, which are set at startup of the disk drive, even when changes have arisen in the internal temperature of the disk drive because of changes in ambient temperature. In an optical disk drive, a temperature sensor provided on a pickup measures a temperature. When changes in temperature are greater than a predetermined level, a focus offset value, a tracking offset value, and a value of laser output from the pickup are reset.

  • Publication number: 20060129694
Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide an Internet connection system which is capable of benefiting from the IPv6 by relatively easy means and in which manufacturers of client-side devices can create added values for users. IPv6 packets are transmitted by a tunneling connection between a home network and a server on the Internet. Also terminal devices present in the home network can be uniquely recognized and controlled from outside via the server. Since all communications are performed via the server on the Internet regardless of the carrier and the ISP, the terminal device and all connections to the terminal device can be freely configured and controlled by the owner or the manufacturer of the server on the Internet.

  • Publication number: 20050244570
Abstract: Light emitted from a light emitting device is irradiated onto a film thickness monitoring region and the light conveyed from the monitoring region is detected by a light receiving device. The light emitting device and the light receiving device may be provided within the film forming chamber. The absorption intensity or fluorescence intensity or X ray intensity or the reflection rate at the monitoring region which is formed on a portion of the substrate from the same material as the material layer at the time of deposition is detected based on data from the light receiving device. A controller then controls the transporting rate of a deposition source and/or the heating state of a heater to adjust the deposition rate, whereby a material layer having a desired thickness is formed on the substrate.

  • Patent number: 6905413
Abstract: Each of communication controllers sends a count value of a timer corresponding to the lapse of time from a starting point of reproduction during the reproduction of a music to a communication cable. Each of game controllers calculates, while a multi-play mode is executed in an other game apparatus, a reproducing position of the music in the other game apparatus based on the count value sent from the communication controller and transfers a music data from the calculated reproducing position on to a sound source memory upon the receipt of an instruction signal outputted from a confirmation button of an instructing section and representing confirmation of selection of the multi-play mode. While one game player is playing a music game, another game player can participate in this game in the middle of a music number.
