  • Patent number: 10344850
Abstract: A shift control apparatus of an automatic transmission includes: an input detecting unit configured to detect a real rotational speed of the input shaft; an output detecting unit configured to detect a real rotational speed of the output shaft; an estimating unit configured to estimate an estimated rotational speed of the input shaft, which corresponds to a shift request, by multiplying the real rotational speed of the output shaft by a target gear ratio; and a control unit configured to control the rotation of the input shaft based on a detection result from the input detecting unit. The control unit controls the rotation of the input shaft such that an upper-limiting rotational speed of a variation in real rotational speed of the input shaft is lower than the estimated rotational speed.

  • Publication number: 20190138759
Abstract: An information processing system includes an information bearing medium and an information reading unit. The information bearing medium has a two-dimensional array of unit data zones. Marks are provided on some of the unit data zones so as to form a digital code. Mark patterns of any two Y-directional adjacent unit data zone strings based on the arrangement of marks in an X-direction differ from each other. The information reading unit generates a data string on the basis of a unit signal formed from a plurality of signals output from a group of detection units that detect the marks in synchronization and recognizes the digital code of the information bearing medium on the basis of a group of the data strings sequentially obtained from the array of the unit data zones.

  • Patent number: 10228059
Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a sealing device which has forward and reverse screw threads exhibiting a fluid-pumping action provided on a sliding portion of a seal lip, such that the pumping action is less susceptible to deterioration even with increasing wear on the screw threads and such that leakage of droplets from the screw threads is minimized. To achieve this, the forward and reverse screw threads which exhibit a pumping action on sealing fluid are arranged in a circle on the air-side lateral surface of the sliding portion of the seal lip. The forward and reverse screw threads each have a shape gradually increasing in thread height from the leading end of the lip to the air side. The forward screw threads and/or reverse screw threads are provided with seal protrusions for preventing leakage of droplets.

  • Publication number: 20190011303
Abstract: Provided is a flow meter capable of logging data more reliably. In this operation, a detection element repeatedly detects a physical quantity related to a flow rate of a fluid flowing in a pipe in a predetermined sampling cycle. Based on physical quantities, a calculation part sequentially calculates the flow rate of the fluid in the pipe. Further, a time measurement part calculates the time. A control storage part is caused to store a logging target, a logging cycle, and logging start definition information. Based on the logging start definition information, a control part automatically starts logging of the logging target in response to startup of the flow meter, and causes a log storage part to store the time measured by the time measurement part and a numerical value of the logging target in association with each other in every logging cycle.

  • Patent number: 9951709
Abstract: A hybrid electric vehicle comprises an internal combustion engine and an electric motor/generator connected via a first clutch. In response to a system stop request in a vehicle stop state, a rotation speed of the internal combustion engine is decreased to a predetermined rotation speed higher than a predetermined resonance frequency band by a negative torque applied to the internal combustion engine from the electric motor/generator via the first clutch. Then, the disengagement of the first clutch starts. The rotation speed of the engine falls below the predetermined resonance frequency band within a predetermined period from the start of the disengagement. As a consequence, the required period from a stopping operation of the internal combustion engine until actual operation stop thereof in a vehicle stationary state is reduced.
