The threshold voltage shift is determined during a stopped state of the display operation of the display. The stopped state of the display operation of the display occurs prior to starting the display operation of the display.

At least a portion of an edge part which is in contact with a crystal plane includes a projecting portion, which does not exceed the height of the mesa portion from the outer peripheral portion.

According to the secondary battery of the present invention, the thickness and resistance of the ceramic separator are decreased without concern for reduced strength, and a reduction in energy density and an increase in internal resistance are effectively prevented.
