  • Publication number: 20080251627
Abstract: A novel winding device of special arrangement insusceptible to vibration of a drive motor. A winding roll (2) is supported on a winding arm (1) and combined with a drive motor. The drive motor has a body (3) and a rotary shaft (4) penetrating of the body to project from the opposite sides thereof. Furthermore, a pair of bearings (5) are provided on the winding arm and the rotary shaft is supported rotatably on the opposite sides of the body. A rotation-stop (6) is provided between the winding arm and the body and, in the rotational direction of the rotary shaft, the body is restricted by the rotation-stop and does not rotate. Consequently, a web material can be wound around the winding roll by rotating the winding roll through the drive motor.

  • Publication number: 20080138086
Abstract: A light emitting element driving differential switch (2) includes first and second transistors (M1, M2). A third transistor (M3) is connected as an auxiliary switch in parallel to the first transistor (M1) whose drain is connected to a light emitting element (1). A third switch driving signal (IN3) is input to the third transistor (M3) to turn ON the third transistor (M3) at a slightly earlier point in time than when complementary switch driving signals (IN1, IN2) are input to the first and second transistors (M1, M2) to drive the first and second transistors (M1, M2). This improves the rising characteristics of the output from the light emitting element having a high power level.

  • Patent number: 7335747
Abstract: Myc protein is an unevenly distributed intermediate agent for cell proliferation, and activates a gene expression via E.box. Mina53 gene encodes a protein of 53 kDa molecular weight and is present in the nucleoplasm and nucleolus. Mina53 mRNA and protein expression are induced by artificial introduction of c-Myc activity. E.box site is present in the vicinity of the transcription initiation site of mina53 gene, and the expression from mina53 promoter is activated by c-Myc through the medium of E.box. Specific inhibition of mina53 expression in HeLa cells and rat fibroblast cells 3Y1 having high expression c.myc strikingly inhibits cell proliferation. The combination of these results show that mina53 is a Myc target gene and is associated with cell proliferation in mammals.

  • Patent number: 7165691
Abstract: In a counterweight attaching and detaching apparatus for a crane, the length of a suspension member is adjusted by an extendable member and links because the distance provided between the peak of a gantry and an upper surface of each of weights when the gantry is suspending the weight at a respective mounting position varies depending on the mounting position. In order to complement the adjustment of the length, different amounts of protrusion of rings from the upper surfaces of the weights are set so that the protrusion amount in the forefront weight is the largest and the protrusion amount in the rearmost weight is the smallest. This reduces the number of types of necessary links used in the suspension member to attach and detach the weights, and the number of operations of connecting and removing the links, and improves operation efficiency.
