  • Patent number: 7454962
Abstract: The present invention is intended to provide a fuel consumption evaluation system which obtains quantitative data to determine whether actual driving has consumed fuel more efficiently or less efficiently than average driving and gives the driver and/or manager concrete advice for fuel-efficient driving based on the obtained data, and also provide a fuel consumption evaluation system which decides, based on obtained fuel efficiency data, whether driving is more fuel-efficient than average driving and sets a target and gives the driver and/or manager concrete advice for fuel-efficient driving based on the obtained data in consideration of change in vehicle total mass without any influence of slopes and traffic flows and particularly encourages and instructs, in real time, the driver to do fuel-efficient driving.

  • Publication number: 20080033083
Abstract: A flame retardant thermoplastic composition having excellent physical properties that includes 30 to 90 wt. % of a polycarbonate resin; from 1 to 35 wt. % of an impact modifier; from 0.1 to 15 wt. % of a phosphorus-containing flame retardant, from 1 to 30 wt. % of metal fiber, and from 0.002 to 5 wt. % of a processing additive, each based on the total combined weight of the thermoplastic composition, exclusive of any filler. The processing additive permits flame retardant characteristics to be maintained despite lower levels of flame retardant while the lower levels of flame retardant permit the compositions, and molded samples of these compositions, to have higher HDT and/or impact strengths as compared to compositions having higher levels of flame retardants. A molded sample of the thermoplastic composition is capable of achieving UL94 V0 rating at a thickness of 1.5 mm (±10%). The compositions are useful in forming flame retardant articles having EMI shielding characteristics.

  • Patent number: 7274200
Abstract: A semiconductor circuit is disclosed, including a DLL circuit for supplying a desired signal-delay amount. The DLL circuit includes detecting means for detecting variations of a signal-delay amount, and delay-amount control means for generating a delay-amount control signal for controlling, depending on the variations of the signal-delay amount detected by the detecting means, the signal-delay amount of the DLL circuit. The semiconductor circuit further includes a part for monitoring circuit performance of the semiconductor circuit based on the delay-amount control signal.

  • Patent number: 7193431
Abstract: A method for compensating for semiconductor device resistance is disclosed that includes the step of realizing a resistance equal to a desired resistance by one of combinations of multiple semiconductor devices. This step includes the step of sequentially selecting two or more of the semiconductor devices to be combined, and thereby sequentially changing a resistance realized by the selected two or more of the semiconductor devices to be combined.
