  • Patent number: 7590252
Abstract: The outer face of a case which accommodates a whole microphone is coated by a material having a heat conductivity which is lower than that of a metal, and a material transforming temperature which is higher than the charge dissipating temperature of a dielectric layer for forming an internal electret, and which is higher than 260° C., so that the internal temperature rise can be mitigated by the thermal resistance and the thermal capacity of the whole interior. When a microphone is attached to an application equipment, particularly, the microphone may be passed through a reflow solder bath for a short time period. A heat-resistant structure which can prevent the function from being impaired by a high temperature in the period is provided.

  • Publication number: 20090129612
Abstract: A new electretization technology for a silicon microphone capable of reasonably electretizing a dielectric film of a condenser microphone formed by micromachining a silicon substrate and also capable of taking measures against variations in the microphone sensitivity caused by manufacturing variations and characteristic variations in parts is provided. A silicon microphone chip is completed and is implemented on an printed-circuit board and in this state, electretization processing is executed separately for a dielectric film in one silicon microphone chip by executing corona discharge using one needle electrode 51. More than one electretization is executed and the second or later electretization quantity is determined adaptively based on the actual measurement result of the microphone sensitivity, whereby electretization of the dielectric film is executed precisely and efficiently.

  • Patent number: 7513070
Abstract: An excavation support database 40 includes a display table 47 and a display specifics table 48, which serve as storage means dedicated for display. The state of a working region per mesh is stored in the display table 47, and a discriminative display method (display color) is stored in the display specifics table 48 corresponding to the state per mesh. Reference is made to the display specifics table 48 on the basis of the state (height) per mesh, which is stored in the display table 47, to read the corresponding display color from the display specifics table 48, thereby displaying the state of the working region in a color-coded manner. Operation support and management realized with this system can easily be employed in different types of working machines in common and can inexpensively be performed with ease.

  • Publication number: 20080068249
Abstract: A housing has an electric opening in a position corresponding to the radar. A shielding plate is provided between the radar and the electric opening and has an opening including a plurality of unit openings in a position corresponding to the radar. The unit openings satisfy a relation (half-wave length of radio wave that should be shielded)>(maximum dimension “r” of the unit openings)>(half-wave length of radio wave transmitted by the radar). An opening ratio “s” is set to satisfy a relation ((power amount of the transmission wave of the radar)?(attenuated power amount of the transmission wave of the radar))>(the threshold of the radar)>(power amount of the reflected wave at the shielding plate).

  • Publication number: 20080061179
Abstract: A webbing holding device is proposed, which prevents or controls abrupt reduction in take-up speed when taking-up of webbing is completed. In the webbing holding device, when the webbing is released from being fitted over an occupant, the webbing is wound to a retractor by biasing force. Here, immediately before taking-up of the webbing is completed, a guide strap is stretched by movement of a leading end portion of the webbing toward the back side of a vehicle, and thus the guide strap applies biasing force to the leading end portion of the webbing, so that the take-up speed of the webbing is reduced. Therefore, when winding of the webbing is finished, take-up speed of the webbing being abruptly reduced may be prevented or controlled, and therefore extraction of the webbing from the retractor being locked by a lock mechanism of the retractor may be prevented or controlled.

  • Patent number: 7324893
Abstract: A traffic management system manages, distributes, and controls various traveling states of vehicles at a high quality level. A vehicle-mounted unit performs an interconnection process for user authentication when entering a predetermined radio-wave zone. A radio unit disposed on a road sends interconnection process completion information to a center device when the interconnection process for connection to the vehicle is completed. If the vehicle does not connect to the radio unit after elapsed of a predicted time at which the vehicle is expected to travel across the radio unit, then the radio unit sends an overtime to the center device. The interconnection process completion information is received, the center device calculates a predicted time at which the vehicle is expected to pass across a radio unit, and sends the predicted time to the radio unit. When the overtime is received, the center device determines whether a fault has occurred or not.

  • Patent number: 7310942
Abstract: Exhaust passage control valve 10 may comprise housing 30, valve member 20, and helical torsion spring 40. Housing 30 has an exhaust passage. Exhaust gas from an internal combustion engine flows through the exhaust passage of the housing 30. Valve member 20 opens and closes the exhaust passage of the housing. Helical torsion spring 40 may be disposed at the opposite side of the valve member from the housing side thereof. Helical torsion spring 40 comprises a coil part wherein spring wires have been wound in a coil shape, and arms formed at both ends of the coil part. The coil part may be disposed at approximately the center of the valve member. When the arms bend with respect to the coil part, the counter-force of this bending energizes the valve member towards a closing side. The spring mounting member may be arranged and constructed to adjust a position in which the spring mounting member is mounted on the housing such that a rotation angle of the arms can be changed.
