Abstract: A suspension device for front wheels in automotive vehicles having front drive shafts of mutually different shaft length, in which unbalanced rotatory moment to be imparted to the king pin means at the left and right sides of the wheels caused by a difference in the angles of inclination at the left and right drive shafts is compensated by providing a difference in the center offset quantities at both left and right wheels.

Abstract: A magnetic recording medium including a non-magnetic base and a magnetic layer thereon which contains and/or is coated with an organopolysiloxane having an average unit with the formula: exhibits(CH.sub.3)(RO).sub.n (R'COO).sub.m SiO.sub.(3-n-m)/2wherein R is a monovalent hydrocarbon group having from 1 to 5 carbon atoms, R' is an aliphatic monovalent hydrocarbon group having from 7 to 17 carbon atoms; n is zero or a positive number, m is a positive number with the proviso that n + m is less than 3 and the number of Si atoms in a molecule of such organopolysiloxane ranges from 2 to 8. Magnetic recording medium containing such organopolysiloxane material exhibit a substantially reduced dynamic friction coefficient and a substantially reduced tendency of the magnetic layer to lose magnetic particles, along with an improved splicing-ability.

Abstract: The coating composition is prepared by partial co-hydrolysis and co-condensation of a mixture comprising an organotrialkoxysilane or its combination with a tetraalkoxysilane, a fluoroalkylalkoxysilane and a hydroxy-endblocked diorganopolysiloxane in the presence of an acid catalyst. The organopolysiloxanes thus prepared are suitable for coating plastic surfaces to produce a coating on the surfaces, the cured coating film having hardness as well as flexibility sufficient to ensure a very strong resistance to swelling, dissolution or corrosion by attacks of solvents and chemicals.
