The laminating jig is curved in a convex manner toward the laminated body.

The polymerization initiator is configured to be able to initiate polymerization of the polymerizable ester. The content of the polymerization initiator is 0.1 to 10 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass as a total of the polymerizable ester and the adhesion promoter.
