  • Publication number: 20160276509
Abstract: A solar panel includes a protection plate, a back cover, photovoltaic battery cells, a conductive member that electrically connects the photovoltaic battery cells to one another, and an encapsulant that is integrated with and located between the protection plate and the back cover. The encapsulant encapsulates the photovoltaic battery cells and the conductive member and fixes the photovoltaic battery cells and the conductive member to the protection plate and the back cover. The protection plate includes a resin transparent member, which is translucent from a front surface to a rear surface, and a resin opaque member, which is located at an outer side of each of the photovoltaic battery cells, shields the conductive member, and is arranged on the rear surface of the transparent member and integrated with the transparent member.

  • Patent number: 9419163
Abstract: A solar panel capable of exhibiting excellent aesthetics and power generation efficiency, and capable of easily forming a protection plate in a manufacturing process is provided. The solar panel of the present invention comprises a protection plate 1 having translucency from a front surface 1a to a back surface, a solar battery cell, and an encapsulant that is integrally provided on the back surface, and fixes the solar battery cell to the back surface in sealed state. The protection plate is formed from a resin with polycarbonate as a main component by injection molding. The front surface serves as a design surface. A portion of the back surface that faces the solar battery cell serves as an offset surface that is offset with respect to the solar battery cell, and differs from the design surface in shape.

  • Patent number: 8827588
Abstract: A fastening structure of a resin roof panel is disclosed for fastening a sunshade housing thereto. The sunshade housing includes an attaching portion. The roof panel includes coupling portions. The attaching portion and the coupling portions are fastened to each other by combined members. Each combined member is formed by combining a fastening bolt and a plate spring, and is inserted in an elongated hole. Each combined member permits the attaching portion and the associated coupling portion to be relatively displaced along the longitudinal direction of the elongated hole, and permits the attaching portion and the associated coupling portion to be relatively displaced along the axial direction of the fastening bolt through elastic deformation of the associated plate spring.
