  • Patent number: 11633892
Abstract: An object is to provide a metal-resin bonded member that is easy to manufacture and has high bonding strength. The metal-resin bonded member includes a metal body having an iron oxide layer on the surface and a resin body bonded to the metal body via the iron oxide layer. The iron oxide layer has a thickness of 50 nm to 10 ?m. The iron oxide layer comprises 60-40 at % Fe and 40-60 at % O at the outermost surface side. The iron oxide layer contains magnetite (Fe3O4). The iron oxide layer is formed by heating the surface of an iron-based substrate at 200-850° C. in an oxidation atmosphere. The resin body is composed of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS). The bonding of the metal body and the resin body via the iron oxide layer can be carried out by insert molding, thermal adhesion utilizing friction heating, etc.

  • Publication number: 20160211512
Abstract: A negative-electrode active material includes a mixed power of a first active-material powder composed of a granular graphite particle, and a second active-material powder composed of a plate-shaped graphite particle having a thickness of from 0.3 nm to 100 nm and a major-axis-direction length of from 0.1 ?m to 500 ?m. Since the plate-shaped graphite particle has a lam liar structure, the plate-shaped graphite particle excels in the strength and flexibility, and function as a negative-electrode active material because lithium ions come in and out between the layers. Therefore, while securing the flexibility of negative-electrode active-material layer, the contradictory event between the capacity and the conductive property is solved.

  • Publication number: 20060226380
Abstract: A method of inspecting a broad article by using a plurality of line sensor cameras, more specifically a method of combining image data from such plural sensor cameras is disclosed. The line sensor cameras are disposed relative to the inspection surface of the broad article such that the sensor cameras have their own inspection ranges and also share in common a range which is overlapped by parts of the inspection ranges of the sensor cameras. A laser beam is projected to the overlapped range so that a line marking appears across the center of the overlapped range. The image data from any two adjacent line sensor cameras are combined through calculation in such a way that portions of data of images grabbed by the two adjacent sensor cameras are excluded on the basis of the line marking so that the inspection ranges of the two adjacent cameras cover complementarily the entire inspection range.
