  • Publication number: 20210088352
Abstract: An object is to display an image related to transportation guidance in a way easily viewable to a driver. A control section controls a projection device configured to project an image onto a windshield of a vehicle so that the image is displayed superimposed on a real view. The control section includes a projection control section configured to cause, in a case where a driving lane of the vehicle is a reduced lane, the projection device to project a guidance image for prompting a lane change. The reduced lane is a lane on which it becomes impossible for the vehicle to run within a predetermined distance ahead of a current location of the vehicle on a traveling route of the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 8132195
Abstract: A disk device is capable of quickly identifying an inserted optical disk. A reading portion obtains disk surface information from an optical disk that is passing, and stores the obtained disk surface information in a storing portion provided in a disk playing device. An identifying portion decides whether or not the disk playing device is able to play the optical disk, based on the surface information.

  • Patent number: 8020178
Abstract: An optical disk device has superior vibration characteristics by preventing vibration of a rotating arm. A desired optical disk is selected from the plurality of optical disks which are stacked and accommodated. The rotating arm is rotated to a working space provided for the desired optical disk. A turntable is positioned, and an optical head is moved to perform the recording/reproduction. Because the tip part of the rotating arm of a cantilever structure is supported by a support member extending along the axial line CL of the optical disk, it has a structure supported by both ends. Thus, the vibration of the rotating arm can be prevented. Because the support member extends along the axial line CL of the optical disk, it passes through a holding hole at the center of the optical disk and a notch provided at the center of a tray, without interference on its way, thereby supporting the rotating arm.

  • Patent number: 7900219
Abstract: A disc device is capable of suppressing movement of discs remaining on standby. Discs are moved upward and downward, thereby providing an operation space S at a lower side of the desired disc, and a pivotal arm is located in a predetermined position, and thereafter the desired disc is set on the pivotal arm, and recording/reproduction is effected. At this time, the standby discs disposed at the lower side of the desired disc are disposed below the operation space (S), and are fixed by pressing pressing members of disc fixing portions against outer peripheral surfaces thereof.

  • Patent number: 7609593
Abstract: The present invention provides a disc drive apparatus capable of identifying a disc (12 cm) having a small data area (8 cm) in central as same as an ordinary 12 cm disc. The apparatus having a light receiving unit 105b and a push switch 106b. The unit 105b is arranged in a position where the unit 105b detects the disc having the small data area in central when the switch 106b detects the same, and where the unit 105b does not detect a disc (12 cm) having a hole (8 cm) in central when the 106b detects the same. The apparatus also has an disc identifier for identifying type of the disc based on the detected results of the light receiving units and/or the push switches.

  • Patent number: 7449048
Abstract: The invention provides a method of reusing an inert gas in a polymer production plant by removing impurities such as a polymerization solvent and polymerization monomers from an inert gas discharged from a polymer production plant. The method of reusing an inert gas comprises a step of adsorbing and removing a polymerization solvent and polymerization monomers contained in an inert gas by passing, through an adsorbent layer, an inert gas discharged from a polymer production plant, wherein an inert gas reaching a predetermined purity by removing the polymerization solvent and polymerization monomers in the step of adsorption and removal is reused in the polymer production plant.

  • Publication number: 20080235714
Abstract: When storage of an optical disc in which information has been recorded is started, a pair of rollers rotate while holding the optical disc inserted through an insertion/ejection slot of a body of an optical disc device, so that the rollers convey the optical disc to the inside of the body. On this occasion, circumferential edge sensing units provided in the inside of the body sense a circumferential edge of the inserted optical disc continuously to thereby sense the outer diameter, shape and insertion state of the inserted optical disc. The optical disc is ejected when decision is made that there is abnormality.

  • Patent number: 7418723
Abstract: Space for an optical pickup at a position set aside from a disk accommodating section is to be compressed, thereby to reduce an overall size of an optical pickup device. For such a purpose, the optical pickup unit is held by a screw shaft and a guide shaft parallel to each other, and the screw shaft, the guide shaft, a first connecting plate and a second connecting plate constitute a quadrilateral parallel link. The screw shaft and a chassis holding a turntable are oscillated by a driving motor pivoting on the first connecting plate. In an escape position in which the optical pickup device is away from the disk accommodating section, a gap between the screw shaft and the guide shaft is narrowed.
